This week Molly & I are welcoming Amanda from Nissa New York onto the podcast!! We all graduated from FIT the same year but somehow didn't connect until after graduation when Molly & I manifested it on our first podcast episode together. Coming from two different perspectives, Molly & I are business majors and Amanda a fashion design major, we dive into what burnout really is and if the competitiveness of FIT was a positive environment to be in. Plus we dive into finding your passion project after being in fight-or-flight mode with our careers for the past few years. TA: Sexual Assault This week Molly is back but now as a ✨co-host✨!!!! I’m so excited to have her on every week so we can just spill everything about our lives, talk about current events, trends, etc. I’ll be popping in a couple times a month with shorter solo episodes when I feel like it/something warrants a conversation. Post college life is a weird time because everyone around you is at a different point in their lives. So, it feels weird to bring up your struggles with adapting because not everyone can relate or you may feel that your complaint is nothing in comparison. This is exactly what my childhood best friend, Mere, and I are currently going through. Both of us are in a similar post-grad situation but its awkward to talk about. We decided to divulge the truth of post-grad life and work transition to the podcast in hopes of providing comfort to others in similar situations.
