Back from the archives by request! This is a great meditation to increase strength and centeredness. Animal imagery is some of my personal mind-shifting favorite journeys. Feel the strength of the buffalo so you can better weather every storm.
Move and meditate. Walk and chill. All you need is 4-5 feet of space in one direction. Listen for some "twists" that you can use to meditate while getting more exercise indoors too - if you choose. This was the perfect meditation for me today as I have been struggling with someone who is very negative and has caused me and my family a great deal of pain. Everytime I think she is gone for good she somehow reinsert herself. I will be saving this meditation to listen when I feel overwhelmed or stressed.
