Paul Reid robbed 3 different fast-food restaurants and claimed the lives of 7 people. This week we are discussing South Carolina serial killer Todd Kohlhepp.  On november 3 2016 while executing search warrants on multiple properties owned by todd Kohlhepp police discovered Kayla Brown chained up in a shipping container on one of the properties in Spartansburg county. At that point Kayla and her boyfriend Charlie had been missing for 64 days. During her time the death rate tripled during her shifts.
