The squad of brave Colonial Marines makes their way from the terrorist hideout with their leader in tow as they head to Ft. Nebraska; but, one of them is not going to make it back.

The squad is shocked by the sudden death of Gunnery Sgt. Mason at the hands of a UPP synthetic kill team.  Recovering in an abandoned coffee shop, the squad now looks to Captain Silva for leadership. They continue on to Ft. Nebraska and pick up a stray along the way who once and for all confirms that something is wrong with PFC. Dante.

The squad has returned to Ft. Nebraska along with a scientist who claims that she can possibly save PFC Dante from the thing growing in his chest, but the base is in ruins and a radiation leak and an alien more terrifying than anything they have encountered stands in their way.

The squad of brave Colonial Marines descends deeper into Sub-Level 3 beneath Ft. Nebraska as they race against time to both save PFC Dante and to escape the planet before the bomb they planted on the nuclear munitions goes off. But first they must restore power to the facility.The Marines are about to uncover the terrible truth of what the aliens have been up to and to come face to face with the most deadly alien variant yet. And one Marine will ask his battle buddy for one last favor "Don't let me become one of them."
