Our Worst, God's Best

Our Worst, God's Best

Bishop Guyton — God will get you through the things you have to go through. If you find yourself in a worse condition, you can count on the best of God to get you through it. You may have to go through something, but God's going to bring you out on the other side better than when you went in. Your troubles and trials are promotion in motion, and God's getting ready to take you to another level.
Administrative Pastor Jeff Maxwell — The Bible says the righteous will flourish like a palm tree. What does a palm tree do when it gets a band around it that tries to hold it back? It simply breaks it off. In the same way, God's anointing can break off and destroy any burden you're facing. The band of sickness may try to get ahold of you, or the band of depression may try to take you out, but the anointing of the Holy Ghost can come on you and break off the band that tries to tie.

In today’s message, Bishop Guyton shares three points to help you, strengthen you, and put you on the road to victory.
Bishop Guyton — No matter what you go through, no matter what you're facing, no matter what you've come up against, no matter what you see, no matter what you hear, no matter what's taking place – God wants you to understand that you must be strong in Him and stand firm even through the difficulties or setbacks that come against you.

Bishop Guyton shares the significance of the sacrifice Jesus made so that we can put our past behind us and focus on the victorious future ahead of us. It was all made possible because of Jesus' love for us.
Bishop Guyton — It doesn't matter how old you are, where you've come from, what kind of life you've lived, or how bad you think you are. Jesus Christ is able to give you new life, new meaning, and new purpose. He's able to give you new goals, a new future, a new destiny, and a new eternity. Being born again means you have a new day, a fresh start, a blank canvas to begin a new life portrait of yourself, and that's because of the cross and the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Bishop Guyton — You get discouraged, frustrated, and aggravated when you take your eyes off the Lord and start looking around at human beings. You have to keep your eyes on God—who has never failed, who has never lost a battle, who is high and lifted up keeping all of His promises and keeping His Word—so you can run the race successfully and finish.
Bishop Guyton — Without the cross, there are no blessings. Redemption is not there. Grace is not there. Forgiveness is not there. Prosperity is not there. We must never forget the cross; we need to preach the cross, sing about the cross, and testify about the cross because it was on the cross that Jesus bled and died to pardon us. It took His bloodshed on the Cross of Calvary so we could experience every promise, every blessing, and the grace, the goodness, and the forgiveness of Almighty God.
It's Never Too Late

It's Never Too Late

Bishop Guyton — Jesus Christ is the remedy for what ails you. Jesus Christ is the answer to your dilemma. Jesus Christ is the answer to your problem. Jesus Christ is your healer; He's your deliverer; He's a way maker. It doesn't matter how long you've been going through something because it's never too late for Jesus to pass by and bring you your remedy.
Bishop Guyton — Our God is the God of the mountain, just like He's the God of the valley. Our God is still God in the midnight hour, just like He's God at twelve noon. He's God when you're up, and He's God when you're down. He's God when you're in the middle of it, and you don't know which way to turn or which way to go. If you're in the middle of it today, if you're up against it, if you feel like your back is against the wall, you're a candidate for a miracle from God. You're a candidate for the promises of God. You're a candidate for everything God's Word has to offer you.
It's not always easy to serve God, and many of us don't want to stretch ourselves. But if you're only staying in your comfort zone, you won't ever know what miracle territory is all about. In this message, Bishop Guyton shares why you have to get out of the "cave" you're in and take a step of faith in the Kingdom so you can see the miracles that only God can do.
There's a lot of great love stories out there. Your parents or grandparents probably have a great love story, and you may have your own with your spouse or partner. While those are wonderful, sentimental stories, Administrative Pastor Jeff Maxwell shares a special Valentine's Day message about the greatest love story of all time.
