On this second part of talking about death anniversaries we continue with talking about the impacts of loss and bereavement over periods of time. With my brother hosting me we hope you enjoy the listen. Be sure to stay to the end to share a bit of light hearted banter with us.

This was more of a spontaneous episode. I was feeling super overwhelmed with emotions today and decided to speak some aloud. I hope this can help individuals going through loss, to know there’s no perfect way or routine with grieving.

On today’s podcast our guest shares his grief story of losing his father and juggling education. He gives a raw version of experiences, being a young carer and growing up without a father figure. We hope you enjoy the session.

On this episode we talk about the impacts of loss with experiences that are encountered during marriage, and supporting a spouse through the loss. We hope this episode can provide small snippets of advice and comfort, to know there is no particular way to grieve and both individuals within a relationship can just as equally mourn the loss of the same person.
