How do you know if your evergreen funnel is working? In this quick tip episode of Art of Online Business, I’m sharing another Ask Rick episode. A question I hear from my Accelerator coaching members all the time is how to know if your evergreen funnel is working. This question can be tricky to answer if you don’t have all of the pieces to the puzzle. It can be overwhelming to look at the entire funnel at once. To make it easier, we need to look at each piece of the funnel and see where the actual breakdowns are. By collecting the right data and getting the whole picture, you can begin to optimize your funnel to increase your revenue. That is the foundation that you need to scale your business. In this episode, you’ll learn:The importance of breaking your funnel down to look at the smaller piecesThe foundation of whether your funnel is working or not Why you have to understand your ROIWhat you need your ad agency to do The software I use to get all of the data that I need to get a better picture of my ROIThe stats I look for with webinars Other numbers you need to know when evaluating your funnel. Links & Resources:Check out KleqThe Art of Online Business websiteDM me on InstagramVisit my YouTube channelThe Art of Online Business clips on YouTubeFull episodes of The Art of Online Business Podcast on YouTubeThe Art of Online Business Podcast websiteCheck out my Accelerator coaching program*Disclosure: I only recommend products I use and love and all opinions expressed here are my own. On today’s quick tip episode, I’m sharing a recording of a recent coaching call that I had with one of our Accelerator coaching members.   This call is a 1-on-1 coaching call with Laura Peters from www.mikeandlauratravel.com.   Laura and her husband are travel bloggers who teach other people how to be travel bloggers.  Not too long ago, Laura’s business was ruling everything in her life.  She was working 80 hours a week, was super unhappy, and had no systems or processes in her business.    As you will hear in this short episode, everything has completely turned around in her business.   She is off the charts happy and is working less than she ever has before.  The main thing I want you to take away from today’s coaching call is the mindset shifts Laura’s made and how it’s shifted her business in tremendous ways. In this episode, you’ll learn:How perfectionism held Laura back for so long and how she beat itHow to move past worrying about people not liking what you doWhy your mindset is key to creating timeThe essential piece that mindset plays in reaching your goals How Laura made time for things she wanted to do Links & Resources:Laura’s website www.mikeandlauratravel.comThe Art of Online Business websiteDM me on InstagramVisit my YouTube channelThe Art of Online Business clips on YouTubeFull episodes of The Art of Online Business Podcast on YouTubeThe Art of Online Business Podcast websiteCheck out my Accelerator coaching programFull show notes available at www.rickmulready.com/673
If you’ve been listening to the show for some time, you probably already know my stance on live launches. I am not generally a fan of only live launching your offer. As I teach my Accelerator members, you can do live launches, but you should also be offering your program on an evergreen basis. Offering only live launches is stressful. There are so many moving parts and it can easily get overwhelming. If you’re tired of being on this live launch roller coaster, you’re in the right place. In this episode of Art of Online Business, I sat down with TaVona Denise to talk about how you can go from having stressful, unfocussed launches to having fun and profitable launches. TaVona Denise helps coaches and online service providers redesign their businesses so they can have the lifestyle and impact they started the business for.  A former physical therapist, master-certified life coach, and trauma-informed business consultant, TaVona uses her diverse background to help entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses with integrity and ease so they can bring in their favorite clients without suffering from burnout or hating the process.  TaVona is the author of Unstoppable Success: How to Finally Create the Body, Business and Lifestyle You Want and the voice behind the podcasts, Breaking Protocol, and Coaching & Conversations. When she is not handling business, you can find her singing karaoke or enjoying the white sands and beautiful blue waters of Mexico which she currently calls home.In this episode, you’ll learn:Why you should look at launches like a partyCreating a launch that matches your energyWhy there’s more than one way to launchThe importance of experimenting and evaluating The internal work you need to do with a launchWhy we subconsciously sabotage ourselvesWhat’s working right now in terms of launchingLinks & Resources:The Art of Online Business websiteDM me on InstagramVisit my YouTube channelThe Art of Online Business clips on YouTubeFull episodes of The Art of Online Business Podcast on YouTubeThe Art of Online Business Podcast websiteCheck out my Accelerator coaching program*Disclosure: I only recommend products I use and love and all opinions expressed here are my own. In this quick tip episode of Art of Online Business, I’m doing an “Ask Rick” episode. This is where I answer questions that I get from people that I think would really benefit your business. So in this episode, I want to talk about your role as the CEO. In past episodes, I shared more about why you should be incorporating CEO time into your business. This is when you block off time on your schedule to focus only on CEO things. You create space to be intentional and work through things in your business that need your attention. This really is like a secret weapon for growth in your business, and you guys let me know that this really resonated with you. I heard from many listeners that they really needed to hear that. I’m expanding on CEO responsibilities today and taking you through some high-level questions you should be thinking about and sharing a list of responsibilities that you should focus on as the CEO of your business. In this episode, you’ll learn:The importance of CEO timeHigh-level questions you need to ask yourself as CEOThe responsibilities you have to be in charge ofThe importance of creating relationships Your role in managing your teamCreating your company cultureHow you are the “what” and the “why” personLinks & Resources:The Art of Online Business websiteDM me on InstagramVisit my YouTube channelThe Art of Online Business clips on YouTubeFull episodes of The Art of Online Business Podcast on YouTubeThe Art of Online Business Podcast websiteCheck out my Accelerator coaching program*Disclosure: I only recommend products I use and love and all opinions expressed here are my own. In this episode of Art of Online business, we are talking about a topic that I think we could all use some help with- copywriting. This has never been a strong suit for me, so I am thrilled to sit down with Kris Jones today who is brilliant at writing copy in a way that doesn’t take up a bunch of our time. I asked her to come on to the podcast and share her framework for writing better copy in a shorter amount of time to get people to take the action that you want them to take, honestly and authentically. Kris Jones is a StoryBrand guide & Founder of Red Door Designs. Mentored by StoryBrand founder - Donald Miller himself & with over 20 years of experience and clients like Nike under her belt, she is extremely passionate about helping self-employed women get website copy that sells so they can multiply their revenue and focus on what they do best.Good copywriting is all about knowing your audience, understanding their problems, and showing them how you can offer a solution. You don’t have to be good at long-format copy to do that. In this episode, Kris explains how to write stellar copy that hooks your audience from the start in less time.  In this episode, you’ll learn:How she captures the voice of her clientsWhy your copy is so importantHow to use stories in your business and copyHow to use the hero, the guide, and the solutionHow to create a good hookWhat to include in your sales pageWhat to put on your websiteWhy you don’t need to be good at long-format copyLinks & Resources:The Art of Online Business websiteDM me on InstagramVisit my YouTube channelThe Art of Online Business clips on YouTubeFull episodes of The Art of Online Business Podcast on YouTubeThe Art of Online Business Podcast websiteCheck out my Accelerator coaching program*Disclosure: I only recommend products I use and love and all opinions expressed here are my own. Hi Rick, Charlie talked about this issue of retargeting previous customers who abandoned the cart on a complementary product and then not being able target based on the success page because of only the one page. I am wondering if you have a solution on that and if you have the code option you briefly mentioned. Thanks
