Description

Welcome the Impact podcast. Through my career as an athlete, broadcaster, business advisor and investor I get to meet a huge amount of people, from all walks of life. There are so many private conversations that I think are worth making public, putting a spotlight on people and organisations that have a pioneering spirit, and are motivated to make positive change. Having a catalogue of these conversations also appeals to the documentarian in me, so we can look back in years to come and see what these ambitions have gone on to become. Impact is primarily a business podcast, and is the sister series to the Endurance podcast series, which focusses on my athletic interests.

The Impact podcast is supported by a business which I am proud to be a partner in, Eos Advisory, who back early-stage innovation in science, engineering and technology, mainly in Scotland, businesses that are answering some of the worlds big questions around healthcare, renewables, food and water security and climate change.

They need a match maker, someone who can connect these charity needs and business wants. They help charities save time on recruitment and give access to a wider audience of motivated, skilled volunteers. For employers they help improve community impact and employee wellbeing.
