Our special guests for this episode are Jack Wilson and Ben Beetham of Kid Kapichi. The band released their self-produced debut album This Time Next Year independently,  during lockdown in 2021 and now have signed their first deal for the follow-up, entitled Here’s What You Could Have Won.  This new album is an excellent showcase for the band’s bigger, punchier, ‘beat punk’ sound, which was co-produced with Dom Craik from Nothing But Thieves. Now taking the UK rock scene by storm, and finally getting to bring these tracks to life on stage, the guys took some time out ahead of their European tour to talk to Vox about inspiration, their song writing process, playing live and of course their amp of choice – the AC30.
