Andy talks with Nick Clegg, Facebook's Vice President of Global Affairs, about one of the most important issues out there: Facebook, social media, COVID-19 and misinformation. After President Biden said Facebook is "killing people" with COVID misinformation, Andy and Nick discuss what Facebook says its obligation is with regard to misinformation, what they're doing to combat it, and whether it’s enough.   Keep up with Andy on Twitter @ASlavitt and Instagram @andyslavitt. Andy’s conversation with famed conservative pollster Frank Luntz about the unvaccinated and the political games of the GOP takes an unpredictable and emotional turn. Whatever your incoming impressions of Luntz, the rawness of the conversation helps us see the dilemma of the unvaccinated in a new light – and gives real tips on how to have difficult conversations. You’ll hear the inside story of what really went down in the White House as Andy and team began the effort to reach the unvaccinated. Dr. Lisa talks to “on the fence” citizens in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and we hear Andy express his anger at the dangerous latest efforts of Marjorie Taylor Greene to thwart public safety using fear.    Keep up with Andy on Twitter @ASlavitt and Instagram @andyslavitt. Andy, Back in October I told my wife Debbie, "If Biden wins, Andy will be heading back to DC, just watch!" "Are you serious?" she asked. "100%" I said. I'm so glad I was right, let me know if I can help in any way from my bubble in Minnesota. Love you man!😎

Hi there. Thank you for this episode. I am fully dependent on TPN (IV nutrition) and have a compromised immune system. I fully understand the triggers & fear of contracting this virus. I’m absolutely strict about how my family deals with packages, going out & maintaining social distancing. No one, other than my immediate family, has entered my home since mid-March. Not even my nurse. It’s exhausting & sad. Thanks again for keeping us informed. Stay safe, y’all!

The discussion about when things open up, one thing that was missed is the people at home following carefully to what is going on. I personally won't eat meat ever again but another reason is the cost to both animals and humans to process that meat. Humans working in those plants are being treated worse than the animals. I can't be alone so I fully expect people will start eating less meat or not at all. There is a yuck factor too when imagining how these people are able to pass this virus around so easily, all while chopping pieces of pigs into chops. Most people who imagine that and also prepare food for their children may finally get around to researching other sources of protein which are actually much cheaper for the consumer then meat products.
