Sinead and her sister Gillian Crowe are two leading proponents of intuitive eating. Sinéad, a mental health nurse and nutritional therapist, and Gillian, a mental health social worker and yoga teacher, have created an online community aimed at deconstructing diet culture and harmful attitudes towards weight loss and nutrition.
