EPP Podcast is a production of Enneagram Prison Project (EPP). Hosted by EPP Ambassador Clay Tumey, these raw conversations unpack the amazing journey of EPP over the past decade. EPP is on a mission to help people to understand why we do what we do, using the Enneagram to inspire transformation - on both sides of the bars - through self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-compassion.
6 Episodes
EPP Guides are on the frontline of taking the enneagram into prisons to share with the populations who need it most.  More than simply teaching, our guides walk alongside those incarcerated in finding a way out of the prisons of our own making.  In this episode, EPP Ambassador Clay Tumey chats with EPP Guides Dana Vitorelo and Camilla Norman Field.
Episode 5: Russ Hudson

Episode 5: Russ Hudson

Russ Hudson is one of the principal scholars and innovative thinkers in the Enneagram system’s development worldwide.  In this episode, Clay and Russ sit down to chat about a variety of topics including Euclidean geometry, poisoned gummy bears, and why the Enneagram is not a tic-tac-toe board.  Please visit for information about teachings, new publications, and more.
Episode 4: Re-entry

Episode 4: Re-entry

In this 2-hour episode, some of our EPP Ambassadors share their stories of re-entry in a powerful and moving conversation about the moments before, during, and after release. In this poignant and insightful episode, fellow EPP Ambassador and host Clay Tumey inquires about our Ambassador's personal journey with the Enneagram, how they found EPP, and what it's like navigating life post-incarceration.
In episode 3, EPP goes to jail for the very first time. During a truly touching walk down memory lane, you are invited to listen as Clay Tumey reconnects two unusual Facebook friends, EPP Ambassador Vic Soto, and Neelam Wadhwani, the retired Program Manager from the facility at which Vic served his last sentence ending 17 years of incarceration.
The EPP Podcast is back this month as our host, EPP Ambassador Clay Tumey, "turns the tables" on EPP Founder Susan Olesek for a not-to-be-missed conversation about the Enneagram, hosting a relationship panel in prison, and the birth of Enneagram Prison Project!
In this inaugural episode, three EPP ambassadors—Clay Tumey, Victor Soto, and Alex Senegal—chop it up and talk about daily life, crosswalk safety, and what it means to be “O.G.”  Casual dialogue among brothers, this first episode offers a quick glimpse into what it’s like to be an Ambassador of the Enneagram Prison Project.
