Nikki embarked on her consultancy journey eight years ago, experiencing rapid growth, bringing with it long hours, along with the challenges brought about by working in HR throughout the pandemic.This journey left her on the brink of burnout. In contrast, Tracey is at the beginning of her entrepreneurial voyage, with her business just one year old, eagerly seeking opportunities to learn and collaborate. Nikki arrived at the retreat armed with an extensive to-do list and lofty aspirations. Did she accomplish everything on her list? No, but what she gained was immeasurable.In this episode, Nikki reveals that she's typically a very private person who avoids vulnerability. Recently Sarah and Kim visited London and attended the CIPD Festival of Work at Olympia in London.In this podcast Sarah reflects on some of the key topics discussed, being the value of networking, collaborations and hybrid working.
