Formed in 1981 in Cardiff City, Wales; The Oppressed are a staunch anti-fascist/anti-racist band who took a stand against neo-Nazis within the Oi! music scene and elsewhere in the 1980s. Roddy Moreno is also a pioneer of the Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice movement (S.H.A.R.P.) in the United Kingdom.
