How To Deal With Anger

'Do you hold on to some type of anger while attempting to achieve your goals? Are you consciously holding on to bitterness & resentment even though you're trying to do something good? Do you allow anger to motivate you in seeking a better life for yourself or others?This weeks message reminds us that our faith and belief are tainted by a spirit of anger. Think about it….how often have you gotten side-tracked due to anger and bitterness while doing spiritual work or exercising your faith when trying to achieve your goals? We need to know that there is a scriptural and healthy way to defeat the spirit of anger on the way to your dream for your greater desired good in life based on understanding your spiritual & mental perspectives & laws! I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do suchthings will not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy,peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. 24 And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified theflesh with its passions and desires.REMEMBER:-RECOGNIZING ANGER GIVES YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEFEAT IT-***The Mystery's Challenge Of  The Week For Us All***‘After listening, identify ALL the goal areas of your life where you have been "allowing anger to dictate your decisions" on the way to your goal and dream.  Write them down on a sheet of paper and then decide on 3 different ways or times you can, by faith according to Gods word, CHOOSE TO RECOGNIZE & DEFEAT ANGER.  ***NOTE: The Easiest way for me is to BE HONEST ABOUT MY BITTERNESS & POSSIBLE RESENTMENT IN THOSE AREAS ON THE WAY TO MY GOALS AND WHY I BELIEVE THAT ANGER IS GOOD IN ACHIEVING MY DESIRED RESULTS!! Based on what you have learned and been reminded of here…. ARE YOU AWARE OF THE GOD-GIVEN POWER TO THINK, CHOOSE, SPEAK, FEEL & ACT IN FAITH WITHIN YOU when it comes to consciously ’DEFEATING ANGER' each day so that He and His love can flow through you in an ‘easier’ way for and towards your greater good? Jot down the intention to ‘let it be so’ in your journal and then ask God for the strength, patience and love put it into conscious loving practice with acceptance.
