Relax... into your Self,  into this (eternal) Moment, into the season, in your life. I know you're ready to be seen, to be revealed, to be found, to be elevated, to be loved the way you love. I know. But you have to let God reveal you. You have to find this Love every morning, as if you've never found It before.  You have to find Love every moment, as if you've never practiced before,  every single seeming moment, you have to hit that reset button. You have to become conscious again. You're always either unconscious or conscious, unenlightened or enlightened, not feeling Love or feeling Love,  carrying baggage or not. Recognizing that there is no baggage to put down. Nothing to let go of.  No one to forgive. Nothing to do. And yet, things get done. And people and situations are forgiven. Right now you're aware of one of your bodies speaking, and another one of your bodies listening. Right now, some of your bodies are walking down the street outside. Some of your bodies are in offices already. Some of your bodies are in traffic. Some of your bodies are still sleeping. Some are just rising, some are seated in meditation right now, eyes closed in a cave. They've been there for decades, centuries, aeons,  in the Himalayas. Some are chanting, some are crying, some of your bodies are singing, some are doing yoga. You're the Love that they're meditating in, the Love they're meditating on. You have to train your attention. You have to own your attention,  and put away your childish things,  stop distracting yourself from this Real Work.  You have to stop scrolling you have to stop bingeing, you have to stop gossiping,  and you know that.  But I can't change you, Maharaj says, 'All I can do is Love you', and that Love, (y)our love changes you, and you notice less screen time. You'll notice better content choices, you'll notice better food choices, you'll notice more positive thoughts automatically.  My hands are outstretched to you, now. I'm praying that He may still that mind that fear that has been with you for so long, that he may take it.  It's gone. And whenever you think it's back,  just hear inside, "It's gone." Right now you're seeing the dark veil. You're seeing darkness where only Light is,  thoughts where only Silence is. Keep choosing the Silence. See that you have a choice to make this effortless effort over and over again. Like to sit down into the Silence over and over again.  To sit up into the Silence over and over again. To breathe into It. To thank It. Not with words, but with more Silence. For you to become more and more silent, more and more still. And that stillness, not necessarily meaning of the body, but of those thoughts,  of those doubts- they're all about the world. When you bring your mind to God, He holds it still. He holds you still in Him.  We practice meditating until the real meditation comes. Maharajji would say, you chant from until the real Ram sounds. I'm hearing the real Ram now, the Ramming. It's more like you become conscious of the person. You become the Awareness of the person,  the fullness of Love that's really (t)here, not the person. But you still appear as the person. Can you hear your Name being called? Not that the name your parents gave you, but the Name you were given before your parents were born, before your great-grandparents were born, before your great, great, great great grandparents were born. The Name you were given in the beginning. The Name He spoke that is still sounding. Can you hear? That's just beneath my words. Behind your thoughts, behind your effort to hear. You find Peace where you are and that's how you are free to move on to the next level, to the next challenge. Keep relaxing and noticing that you're already above thought, that you've already surrendered, that your very beingness is the state of Surrender.  When you get caught up in thought today, thoughts about the future, thoughts about what appears to be lacking or missing still,  hold your breath just for a second and look around the environment that body is in. Experience that moment without the overlay of thought. The noise of the mind is like watching a show with someone that's constantly trying to guess the plot. Stop trying to guess. Stop trying to predict. Just watch and notice how silent that moment is without 'you'. Notice how you can't even say that's you in the scene. In that moment, there's just the happening. It's just Love appearing to happen.  And that, too. That thing you hope is happening? That you've been waiting to happen? This is how it happens, with these seeming limitations, with these feelings, these thoughts of doubt, with these obstacles. Let it play out. Keep saying I trust you.
