The Letting & Estate Agents Podcast
Having worked for some of the biggest names in the industry, Christopher now offers advice, actions and opinion in helping letting and estate agents grow their lettings and estate agency's. Christopher has proven methods on how to attract landlords and house sellers and helps many agents, using a technique that is designed (if implemented correctly) to grow any agency's turnover by at least 20% to 30% year on year. Its hard work and it requires buckets loads of patience though

I recently sat down with solicitor Ryan Heaven to explore whether guaranteed rent models can survive the Renters’ Rights Act. We uncover the risks of rogue operators, unlicensed HMOs and dubious subletting schemes, and what estate agents need to know to protect their clients.
In this episode, I sit down with Doncaster estate agent Sanjay Gandhi to explore resilience, mindset and personal responsibility. Sanjay shares powerful lessons from his father, his battle with cancer, and why taking action, rejecting entitlement and grasping the nettle are essential for success.
AI won’t replace agents, but it will replace those who don’t adapt. In this episode, lettings expert Sally Lawson explains how forward thinking agencies embed affordable AI teammates into their workflows to handle repetitive admin and future proof their business. Tune in now.
The UK Property Market Is Dead.
Doom. Gloom. Another headline telling us how bad the property market is.
Read enough of them and you would wonder why any estate agent bothers opening the office.
Yet homes are still selling. Buyers are still buying. People are still moving.
So what are the headlines missing?
In this week’s UK Property Market Stats Show on YouTube, Dan Marsden & myself get underneath the noise and into the numbers and as you might expect, the property market statistics very quickly turn into many hard hitting home truths for estate agents when we talk about overvaluing, cheap fees & why agents leave price reductions too late & why getting the listing is pointless if the strategy afterwards does not actually help the homeowner move.
In the second part of the show, we head to Burnley and put the local Burnley estate agents under the microscope. Not simply who lists the most homes, but who actually gives homeowners the strongest chance of moving, who achieves the better prices and who appears to be gaining ground locally. If you are an estate agent anywhere in the UK, the way we analyse Burnley might give you a few ideas about how you could prove your own value too.
