After a brief end of the year hiatus, DesiGirl & L4dyDMC are super excited to be back in the recording studio for you for their BRAND NEW Season... yes, It's time for Season 3 Warriors! In this first episode of the Season, and of 2022, the ladies discuss how they typically begin their New Year (i.e. setting goals, planning, etc.) to help ease their end of the year/beginning of the year anxiety. They also give an update on how their Mental Health was during the latter part of 2021 (DesiGirl with her TBI & L4dyDMC with her medication/talk therapy) and how their friendship has blossomed (and adapted) to each of the ladies' individual journeys throughout the past year [for those warriors that have been asking for these latter updates... this one is for you!] ;) This is open Season everyone and this is only the first episode of many :).
