Hayden Dunn is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. On today's episode, Dunn explains his responsibilities as Strength and Conditioning Director and the many reasons why he enjoys helping athletes improve. Dunn also looks at his own fitness journey and offers some tips on how to begin or maintain a well-structured strength training routine and gives some overall health and wellness keys that can lead to a well-balanced lifestyle. 
Dr. Justin Smith, MD, completed his Medical Training at the University of Cincinnati and has been practicing as an Internal Medicine Physician at Adena Health System in Ohio during the 11 years since. He also serves as the Senior Medical Director of Adena Primary Care. On this episode, Smith offers a few tips and some in-depth information on four major health and wellness topics: Dieting, Physical Activity, Mental and Spiritual Health, and Health Maintenance. 
Jacob Cruse is a recent Graduate of Shawnee State University's Pre-Med School and is set to begin Medical School at Ohio University in the Fall. On Today's Episode, we talk with Jacob about the Carbohydrate as a macromolecule within the diet. Jacob discusses the difference between simple and complex carbs, gives some examples of ways carbs can be applied in a healthy lifestyle, and addresses some general dieting misconceptions. Plus, we'll look at some ways you can supplement a healthy diet with an overall healthy lifestyle. 
Evan Leist is a collegiate track and field athlete. He has competed at a high level nationally throughout his college career thus far and offers some perspective on cardio training. We'll discuss his training regimen as well as the benefits of maintaining a consistent training schedule, and Evan gives his advice for those who are looking to begin a cardio routine. Also, we take a look ahead at some of the topics that will be discussed on upcoming episodes.
