Discovering what TRUE spirituality means to me lately and it’s so different than what I had read in books, learned from gurus/masters in Eastern philosophy, or heard other people say was the spiritual thing to be or do.   This episode is my personal processing of the humane experience when the mind feels chaotic and loud and how the real spirituality lies within even the most challenging moments

This started out being just for me - a stream of consciousness as I came out of a breath journey - and ended up deciding to share it, hope it inspires others who may find themselves in similar places - where the mind feels so incredibly paradoxical and contradictory as it analyzes the focal points that come with expanded consciousness. It can really be intense at times - I’ve almost found myself on the brink of insanity as I see through certain illusions and veils thin.  The answer is always coming back into the body, the senses, the breath, the ISness that is right here, right now.  sat nam family, big love 🤍 Remember that nothing you’re facing is  too much for you, you have everything within you to face it - youre capable and stronger than you think and the way out is always through ✨lean in, contemplate, see beyond the story & surrender to faith. Let’s be honest…to be human ~ is to have addictions - we all choose our "poisons" in this life, and yet - those poisons are also our medicines.  Our demons are our angels in disguise.  Today's episode was another favorite because honestly it was the message that I personally needed as well.  I pray this episode is more than a podcast for you- that it is a journey - a key - a message delivered to your heart, beyond just linearity & logic, that allows you to see beyond the illusion of the stories of the mind and find clarity & truth in your heart of what these external tendencies and habits are truly pointing to.    If you arrived here because you're struggling with an addiction and you feel caged - take a deep breath and let this space hold you in the reminder that life is happening through you - no matter how lost or out of control you feel at times, the Divine knows exactly what she is doing, and there is nothing "wrong" with you - there is no mistake in the eyes of the creator.  Let this message carve a pathway back to the Truth - a place you never really left - the mind just pulled us away for a bit.    All addiction is really just an addiction to our minds, our stories, our illusions we dance with within ourselves on our paths home.  My intention with this episode is to gift a perspective shift within your mind and heart that dissolves those illusions and brings you directly to the higher truth - that it is never about what it seems.  It's not about the substance - and no matter how much it can feel like it, you are not a victim, life is not against you - it is ALWAYS for you.  Empower yourself into presence and shift into alchemy with this reminder.  I pray it brings you ease, grace, compassion, and unconditional love for yourself as life learns through you how expansive it wants to be.

I'd been talking to  someone recently about defining your ideal client or audience so you know who you are speaking to on your platforms - and I'd never really done that - mostly because I wanted to talk to everyone. Today’s episode honestly might be my favorite one I’ve ever recorded…there is an immense amount of New Earth codes for freedom embedded in this that will be interpreted beyond the mind.  We are stepping into and creating a world this planet has not yet seen - this includes TRUSTING the unseen - invisible realm.  Realizing that there is so much happening beyond what we can see, hear, and feel.   This episode is more of a deep light-encoded transmission to house new leadership codes in your light body for the new leaders to activate their missions, roles, and wayshower abilities. FEEL into this, beyond words. There is ALOT here. Open and receive. You will feel it as knowing, because what I am sharing, you already have within. Let's talk about this chaos shall we.... just because we are spiritual, and we know everything is One, doesn't mean we turn away from the darkness...there is exposing that needs to occur. But the REAL expose that is needed is the exposure of our True nature.  The "thing" every single person is actually seeking out there and the reason for the shadow we are in as a collective - lasting - long term, stable happiness that comes from the recognition of our True self - and the dissolution of the illusion. Today's episode is one of those high adventures where I just felt the call to jump on and hit record and see what came out - some of my favorite podcasts happen this way - organic and intuitive and so much fun! I'll be honest, this one's a bit heavy.  As promised - non-edited, raw, vulnerability - and feeling pretty odd about posting a podcast talking about such private things.  This is a first - and I'm diving head first.
