Description

I believe that strength is more than physical & that life is meant to be lived Out Loud. I have spent nearly two decades learning from the strongest people in history, integrating what I learned, and sharing my joy for the process of growing stronger in my own, unique ways with others. Over the years, my How has taken many forms, but my Heart always remained the same: to be a student, teacher, and example of strength – Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Social.

Jeron, Out Loud is the authentically unpolished account of my process as a Husband, Father, Entrepreneur, Coach, & Athlete.

In this episode I give some context on the back story of why I talk so much, what I talk about, and why you should listen to this show. Read the original, written blog post on JeronOutLoud.com.
Strength is Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Social. You cannot disproportionately build strength in one area and ignore the others. You must build AWARENESS, act with INTENT, endure the TENSION, demonstrate INTEGRITY, build CAPACITY, and REST in the strength of your true identity to create lasting change. Strength is a process of Becoming, driven by our patterns of Being and Doing, and our Training (Life) ought to address all of the ways in which we can grow stronger. Gilded with the lessons garnered and galvanized under a barbell, I have walked through the refining fires of trauma, abuse, insecurity, failure, and abandonment, through which I have also developed a deep and personal understanding of who I am, what I value, and why I am here. It is from this place of TRUE strength and alignment - Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually, and Socially -  that I was able to heal. Only by BEING ME, in all the fullness of who I was meant to Be and Become, did I become STRONG. I created this site to share the lessons, stories, and training that allow me to "show up" in the roles of Husband, Father, Entrepreneur, Coach, and Athlete with which I have been entrusted at this phase of life. **I have a lot of ways I like to be creative, so these lessons may take the form of a Blog Post, Podcast, or Training Log, we'll just have to see which mood swing sat down to work that day.** You can also find me on CenacleTV, where I teach all things Vitality with my fellow nut job, Anysia, as well as on her blog, Stronger At Rest. My hope is that, by getting to know me, I might be able to introduce "you" to YOU! through strength; that you may DEFINE it for yourself, DISCOVER joy in its pursuit, and DEVELOP the courage to live it: Out Loud.
