Pima County Sheriff’s Department and FBI investigators returned to Nancy Guthrie's neighborhood asking some of those living around her whether they noticed any internet connection disruptions the night Guthrie disappeared. Authorities have not said why they were asking, but many suspect an attempt to show possible use of a jammer.   One home was of particular interest, the closest to Guthrie's property. Despite a reward of up to $1,000,000 and thousands of leads coming in, the best investigators can say is that the investigation is "definitely closer." The search includes combing for a key piece of missing evidence: the suspect's cell phone. The Tucson, Arizona man briefly detained in the kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie is now speaking publicly—insisting he had nothing to do with the disappearance and urging the public to stop what he calls online mob speculation. The father of an accused school shooter is found guilty of murder for enabling the crime. Recently released bodycam footage from Ohio authorities provides insight into the moments following the tragic shooting of Ashley Flynn, the spouse of former American Idol contestant Caleb Flynn. Jurors in the case against Misty Roberts, the former mayor of DeRidder, Louisiana, heard testimony this week indicating that a DoorDash driver dropped off Plan B emergency contraception at her residence shortly after she allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage boy. Nancy Guthrie has now been missing for a month. Police have expanded their search to include new video surveillance of cars in the vicinity of Guthrie's home the night she disappeared.  Some investigators now say this is the best new search tool.
