Sheriff Chris Nanos says cell towers in the area have been pinging, among other leads, in an effort to connect a digital trail. He acknowledges that there is a lot more data, leads, and tips to be looked at. Our best friend!!" Meanwhile, the search continues as Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos says investigators are "definitely closer," but are they? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

After four weeks of testimony, prosecutors could soon end their sex abuse case against three real estate mogul brothers. Jurors have heard explosive testimony about alleged drugging and humiliating encounters, as the defense continues to declare the Alexander Brothers' innocence. Twins Oren and Alon Alexander and their older brother Tal have faced a 12-count indictment for sex trafficking, sexual abuse, and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. The Alexander brothers are accused of using their wealth and influence to create opportunities to sexually assault women. More than 40 women have come forward with allegations, and investigators are urging others who believe they were assaulted to contact authorities. Attorneys for the brothers say they plan to plead not guilty. If convicted, they face life in prison. The three brothers come from a high-profile real estate background. Tal and Oren brokered a $47 million deal for their father in 2012 and a $240 million Manhattan condo sale in 2019. Alon attended law school before joining the family's private security company, Kent Security. Each brother has been accused of forcible rape by at least 10 women. All three are indicted on federal sex trafficking charges, while Oren and Alon also face sexual battery charges in Florida. The Alexanders have denied the allegations in civil cases, with their representatives suggesting the accusers are attempting to extort them. Court documents detail accounts from alleged victims. "Victim-1" claims she was raped by Tal Alexander and other men in 2021 at a home in the Hamptons. She says she felt unwell after drinking a glass of wine, then recalled Tal holding her down as another man entered the room. She later woke up in a separate room, where a camcorder was set up. Another alleged victim, referred to as "Victim-2," told investigators that Oren raped her. She says Oren gave her a cocktail, after which she felt strange and struggled to walk. Alon then took her to a bedroom to lie down. She recalls waking up to find Oren in the room. He allegedly pulled down her bathing suit and raped her while she was "physically impaired and could not move." Savannah Guthrie is speaking out again on social media, pleading with someone to "be the person who brings Nancy Guthrie home." Austin police respond to a home in Del Valle after receiving a 911 call about a 7-year-old girl who discovered starved and locked inside a bedroom closet. Six other children are also found in the home, but police say it appears they are physically healthy. According to reports, the child was soiled and barricaded in a closet with heavy boxes blocking the door. An arrest affidavit reveals Virginia Marie Gonzales is accused of locking the 7-year-old girl in a closet for “weeks at a time.” The affidavit further states the girl’s grandmother told police that the child had trouble controlling her bladder and often ate things she shouldn’t. This allegedly led to her siblings being instructed to keep her locked in the closet. The 7-year-old was hospitalized and is now recovering. During the investigation, detectives learn about another child, Ava, who has been missing for years. Virginia Marie Gonzales, Ava‘s mother, was arrested on a charge of serious injury to a child in connection with the 7-year-old’s case. According to police, the missing now 9-year-old child was last seen when she was just 2 years old and in the custody of her mother, Virginia Marie Gonzales. Now, Gonzales has reversed her initial rejection of a plea offer. The State first offered Gonzales a 40-year prison sentence in exchange for her guilty plea. Gonzales now pleads guilty getting 25 years in jail. I love the sense of humor in this episode 🤣
Dear America-"3 stories about Children/teenagers using firearms to kill/injure people". Please tell me you understand, why that shouldn't be happening. 🤬
Listening to this show really highlights how timing and hidden patterns can change everything in a case. It actually reminded me of how timing plays a role in relationships too, which I explored through a moon phase test on https://moonphasesoulmates.com/ just out of curiosity. It was an interesting way to look at connections from a different angle

3 adult men take drugs and die. Without sounding too harsh, there has to be some 'Personal responsibility' here. Of course the 2 people that supplied the drugs, need to be prosecuted, but this episode of the pod, paints the dead men as 3 total angels. Play stupid games, get stupid prizes.x

Wow, this is insane!!!
I know this is maybe a bit harsh, but a woman gets absolutely rat *rsed, climbs onto the balcony railings and falls off into the sea-yet it's everyone else's fault?? What happened to "Personal responsibility" in life?!
Candace is right... her 9/30 episode is explosive!

Can't even listen to this. I normally love this podcast. There's two voices talking over each other....
lots of editing issues on this podcast
what is the deal with this podcast? 2 things talking over each other
Did Nancy Grace have a fiancée that was murdered?? She NEVER mentions it !!🤣
So many inaccuracies here!
Dear Nancy Grace-it's not all about YOU. While empathy in an interviewer, is crucial, interrupting and talking over your guests, to tell them about YOU, YOUR story, how YOU felt, what YOU did etc....is just plain rude, with a side order of narcissism!! Do better.x
her mom said this is misinformation
