This final section of the mini-series is short in length but deep in importance.  Damir explains how societal changes globally  illustrates to the brain-wise observer how our systems of perception are products of our implicit systems of prediction.  These come from our memory systems and a lifetime of experiences.  In other words, believing is perceiving. Extraneous events unfolding in the world continue to display how there are those that can tolerate and integrate new information that may clash with the internal models of experience and perception.  Otherwise, there are those that assume a more dogmatic position when new experiences challenge these dogmatic models of the world.  The resources to adapt and create new models is compromised resulting in extreme, divisive and dominating reactions.    This is a place whereby we see the amplification of bifurcation, the sophistication of nuance is lost and diversity is compromised.  The powerful 'elite', with the mouthpiece of the legacy media and big tech can then colonise* your brains, dominate your perception and infiltrate your reality.*Colonisation = Claiming that something is an empty space, then the colonisers fill it with their values (Vandana Shiva). For more information on Damir's work go to: https://www.damirdelmonte.com/For more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
In part 2 of this mini-series Damir explains the multi-dimensional functionality of the brain and the essential understanding that it's HOW we attend that completely changes what comes into manifestation.  We take a moment to understand the gravity of this idea as arbiters of the reality within which we reside.  From this position Damir describes how early and abusive experiences can drastically shape how a person's brain is sculpted and how this can impact on their relationship with all things.  Various types of sensory gating are explored and a recognition of the importance of safe touch in healing past wounds to be reunited with the one's own body.  There is so much hope that with the correct support and body based therapy such as Brainspotting, healing can happen through the immense neuroplasticity of the brain .

In part 1 of this 3 part mini-series, (double doctor in the brain) Dr Damir Delmonte illustrates to us how to position our understanding of the brain in this phenomenally beautiful exploration of how and who we think we are.  Damir sets the frame for this 3 part series though attending to the levels of consciousness, subjective qualia, the pathways of the polyvagal process, and all in an evolutionary context of 700 million years.  This episode is a beautifully humble and incredibly insightful understanding of the immensity of our being and our interrelationship with all things.
This is part 2 of a 2 part series.  In this episode, Dr David Grand, founder and developer of Brainspotting Therapy gives a deep and insightful take on the implicit restrictions that organise our inner worlds.  Drawing on his own developments as a therapist and from neuroscience, we are invited to appreciate the healing power through the lens of the Neuroexperiential Model.   An alternative yet refreshingly humble and inclusive approach to therapy that is available to us through embracing an open, explorative, and non-expert approach.  This episode will invite the listener to reflect on patterns and procedures that they have automated through the mythical lens of truth and certainty.  In contrast, David gives an intriguing glimpse of how our approaches to healing can be optimised though the development of a deeply attuned, compassionate presence through curtailing the attachment to terms and concepts which can only ever be secondary to the infinite complexity of consciousness and the human condition.  The power to heal is in us all!For more information on David Grand's work go to https://brainspotting.com/For more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
This is part 1 of a 2 part series and an episode that is a little different from previous ones.  We could not resist sharing with you some fascinating insights from David Grand, the founder and developer of the remarkable Brainspotting Therapy.  In this episode you'll experience 3 tantalising clips from a recent Brainspotting Phase 4 training that David presented in conversation with Mark Grixti and a remarkable group from the Brainspotting community.  This episode takes a profound and insightful de-construction of the experience known as 'dissociation', which is a part of the natural and incredible human experience of survival and adaptation.  Far from being a 'disorder' David offers up a new and alternative away to conceptualise dissociation in the form of 'sensory gating'.  He  guides us through an exercise that you can experience first hand to deepen your understanding of the essential nature of the human filtration system to inhibit specific information in order to prioritise other senses to ensure survival.  As David affably sets out an alternative frame for our understanding of processing with dissociative barriers in our work, a liberation can be experienced with a refreshed appreciation of the miracle of the human system.  From this place our approaches to healing are imbued with positivity and potentiality that are central to the Brainspotting Neuro-Experiential Model. For more information on David Grand's work go to https://brainspotting.com/For more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g

She has more than 20 years frontline experience supporting people through emotional crises, life transitions and trauma recovery. Kerry has worked in residential and community support with Women's Aid, Simon Community and Community Family Support Teams. Accredited by CPCAB and QQI as a life coach, she is a Brainspotting Consultant In Training, Complex Trauma Practitioner with additional training in EFT and breathwork. Kerry has a busy private practice in Brainspotting alongside her work with young people and families,  and staff teams. In this enlightening episode, Kerry McWilliams reflects on her depth of experience with working with young people to explore and explain a brain wise approach to supporting teenagers to thrive emotionally.  Alongside her team, Kerry has researched the fundamentals of teenage emotional health from the perspective of the young people.  Through listening to the diversity and fluctuations in how young people engage with their emotions they developed a programme that accesses the deep brain and body to educate and empower young people in identifying, modulating and regulating emotions in a way that feels simple, accessible and rewarding.  Kerry introduces Emotional Freedom Techniques, Havening, Breathwork and Brainspotting as key approaches to somatic portals to deep and sustaining regulation.  These approaches were shown to provide significant emotional stabilisation at such a difficult time of life, which has collided with such a difficult time on this planet.  As children discover these natural forms of regulation their brains are sculpted to incorporate positive approaches to self healing which are both contagious and can facilitate a life long relationship with a healthy relationship to feelings and the self. For more information on Kerry’s work go to:www.lightworkni.orghttps://youtube.com/@lightworkemotionalresilien909?si=E2uTo2ZaN65g_Nmh For more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
Due to popular demand we have Caroline Strawson back for another illuminating conversation.  Caroline is a therapist, coach, author, podcaster and trainer specialising in working with survivors of narcissistic abuse and domestic violence.  She speaks passionately and plainly about the importance of a non-pejorative understanding of narcissism, approaching the issue from a attachment aware, inter-personal, parts and body-based perspective.  In this episode you'll hear an open and authentic account of how some of Caroline's own experiences have caused her profound pain in the past and how these have become a vehicle for deep healing.  She speaks of a process that has been incredibly enriching and is also on-going.  We hear about the power of approaches such as Brainspotting in being able to process and heal wounds that have had to be suppressed out of need for survival.  She shares her experience on how it feels to meet the anxiety that can come with the prospect of leaving behind old ways of coping as we embark on the pathway to healing.  There's hope and encouragement to hear how  wounds are relational and are very difficult to negotiate alone, but can be facilitated through the compassionate and unique relationship in therapy. For more information on Caroline’s work, book, website and podcast go to: https://www.carolinestrawson.com/For more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
This delightful conversation with Marta Rubio explores deep into the labyrinth of the human psyche.  Marta is an actor, director, yoga teacher and Gestalt therapist.  Her role in all of these domains is to move beyond the ego and the multitude of masks that we adopt in order to move closer to the true spiritual self to ameliorate connection and expression.  She shares how her fascinating career in performance has facilitated a journey into all parts of the human condition, including those that are joyful, painful and grotesque.  I was intrigued by the importance of the inter, as well as intra, relationships in meeting and managing parts which hold such powerful emotions that are often hidden away.  Comparisons of the connections between being a secure and trustworthy director and a parent were also explored as the attuned director moves between positions of leadership, protection, and uncertainty in close collaboration.  In this episode, Marta gives many access points through her expertise to appreciate the gifts that a non-dualistic perspective affords us in accessing a deeper comprehension to who we truly are.www.martarubio.es www.martarubiocoach.comFor more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
This is a fascinating episode for all those that are truly interested in approaches to healing.  Sometimes I hear the question, "what is the mechanism for true healing?" I wonder if this question takes us further from the truth that we are seeking to discover. Sometimes we have to go backwards before we an go forwards.  In this episode Pablo's expertise in Eastern approaches to healing provide the scaffold for all things sacred in contemporary approaches to therapy.  Pablo is a yoga/meditation teacher and trainer in wisdom philosophies.  I am astounded by the resonance between the sutras of Pentanjali, written at the turn of the common era (BC to CE) and the much more recent fundamentals of Brainspotting Therapy (Dr David Grand).  We hear in this amazing episode how both approaches build on stillness, space, non-judgemental awareness, and non-duality.  We learn how the non-attachment to vikalpa (imaginal constructs) affords a transcendental state as the sometimes disruptive power of the egoic consciousness is inhibited .  This journey is a deep one and we hear how abhinivesha can transport people from a false identification with death and the temporary physical nature of the world in pursuit of a mocksha, or nirvana.  How's this for a fundamental response to those looking to heal from trauma and find enlightenment?!For more information on Pablo’s work go to:www.pablo-yoga.comFor more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
My guest this episode is Brooke Randolph, author, speaker, and trainer.  She specialities are Adoption, Brainspotting, relationships, and developmental trauma. She's a a certified Imago Relationship Therapist, a Certified Brainspotting Trainer & Consultant, and coordinator for the groups Brainspotting Indy and Brainspotting with Adoption. In this episode it is fascinating to hear how Brooke gives first hand insights into the complexity of adoption and childhood attachment trauma.  Through her experience and expertise in therapy she has developed an approach that seeks to facilitate natural healing in appreciation of the innate wisdom of the internal system and the limitless implicit wisdom therein.  Brooke speaks to the challenges of working with those with complex attachment trauma histories and how therapists and attachment figures can benefit from fully meeting the child's expression of their emotional world unconditionally to let their system feel heard, felt and to facilitate co-regulation. She expands on how the pressures of time and expectation of outcome can inadvertently impede the sense of trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship.  Instead, she tells us, as we prioritise the relationship and accept that this takes time, then we create the conditions for deep, long-lasting healing and rewarding relationships. For more information on Brooke’s work go to:   Support humanitarian trainings in Oceania https://brooke-randolph.com/humanitarian-trainings-in-oceania/Brainspotting with Adoption & the Constellation Set-Ups Specialty Training https://brooke-randolph.com/consultation-training/brainspotting-training/brainspotting-with-adoption-specialty-training/Recommended reading https://www.amazon.com/shop/brandolphlmhcReceive monthly list of Adoption Therapy resources https://practiceexcellence.ck.page/706af9f5bdCreative Ways to Use Brainspotting with Couples online course https://brooke-randolph.teachable.com/p/creative-ways-to-use-brainspotting-with-couplesSocial Media links https://linktr.ee/BrookeRandolphFor more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
Wow this episode is going to be music to your ears! I had the honour of hosting another episode with David Grand, Founder and Developer of Brainspotting Therapy.  In recent years there has been an explosion in ‘parts work’ in psychotherapy, coaching and associated healing approaches.  In this episode David explores the relationships between explicit and implicit parts.  Within the realms of the all-important uncertainty, he proposes an explicit, rational and identifiable, left hemispheric conceptualisation of a part can be important, yet constricted.  He refers to implicit parts as a deeper and richer approach to the abundance of internal information available to each person which is neither frozen in time nor space.  Implicit parts are like holograms, evolving up out of multiple layers of information across our development in this lifetime and intergenerationally.  The Western mind may feel seduced into simplifying this and close the model of therapy to restricted information to secure clarification and focussed analysis, but in doing so we inhibit the vast and innate wisdom of the implicit parts and all therein. David explains how in Brainspotting the therapist holds an open model approach, to create a unique space for the person to access, process and heal from the richness of all parts, as with the subtle vibrational interrelationship between all strings on a guitar of infinite strings, and indeed spaces between. For more information on David Grands work go to: https://brainspotting.com/For more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
This episode is a wonderful exploration into the immense natural inter-relational power of healing with horses.  Mary Joy is an equine facilitated psycho traumatologist working with horses psychotherapeutically with a range of people including, children, adults and families.  She facilitates such therapy with war veterans too and others with PTSD.  In this episode we get a first hand sense of how Mary-Joy initially became captivated with equine therapy as she explored deeper healing in her own life.  From here she completed the trainings to provide equine therapy for so many others, with her colleagues, from her centre in East Sussex.  She explains how the approach seeks to liberate the horses as well as the people seeking healing through the profound trust in the deep implicit interpersonal resonance and regulation together.  The horses have an immense capacity to feel into the person's system and to be with it in a way that is simply divine.  From here there is so much to potential to heal, learn and experience a way of being that is so natural and ancient as it allows us to access something sacred that has been available for all time. For more information on Mary Joy Johnson's work go to:www.wildwaystherapy.co.ukFor more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
In this episode I am joined by Noula, an amazing artist, psychotherapist, author and Brainspotting Trainer.  Noula embodies her playful and creative approaches to healing as she explains how the arts and creativity can be accessed to reorient from positions of control, rigidity and stuckness to an open flow state that is paramount to deep brain and body, emotional recovery.  We discuss the way one can 'allow' the brain to engage and operate differently through art to explore the patterns of judgement that are happening internally much of the time through negative appraisal and egoic restrictions.  Through playfulness, and within a compassionate and allowing relationship with the therapist, each person can recognise these self-judgements to begin to explore the liberty and power that comes with returning to the true self and the abundance of resources that are within.  I was struck by the way Noula introduces art and creativity in such a non-threatening way to facilitate a sense of 'betweeness' for each person as a portal to a deep and healing journey back to the true self.   For more information on Noula's work go to:www.nouladaimantopoulos.comwww.becausemovement.org1. https://youtu.be/-K20oSnHgYE2. https://youtu.be/jnqYQhZFox43. https://youtu.be/2HvP358TbbQ  For more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to:https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/https://www.facebook.com/brainspottingukhttps://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUKhttps://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0gFor more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
This episode is with Ruth Chiles, expert in working with performance issues and focal dystonia.  She openly describes her own journey of pain and grief in developing serious creative blocks with her musical instrument before finding that the problem was the remedy all along.  Ruth sets out how she developed a powerful and compassionate approach to meeting these disempowering performance issues through deep somatic and interrelational work to achieve fascinating outcomes with her people.  It’s incredible to hear how the immense wisdom of the brain is always at work to bring relief and facilitate free expression if only we remember how to let go of the learned inhibitions that seem protective at one level but can also be so restrictive.  Ruth has outlined her approach in her book titled, The Focal Dystonia Cure (2022) which has the foreword by Dr David Grand, Founder and Developer of Brainspotting.   For more information on Ruth’s work go to:https://facebook.com/groups/focaldystoniacurelearningcommunityhttps://www.youtube.com/focaldystoniacurehttps://focaldystoniacure.comruth@focaldystoniacure.comFor more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to:https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/https://www.facebook.com/brainspottingukhttps://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUKhttps://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0gFor more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
Darren is an inspiration to those that aspire towards facilitating trauma healing on an individual, communal and global level.   From being an opera singer he’s found himself on a journey to deep inner healing through the use of embodied approaches and sound which he has brought to many traumatised and displaced communities across the world.  This podcast explores:How can safety, belonging and expansion be achieved with displaced people? How can those not trained as therapists be an essential therapeutic presence with those in trauma? How can the power of sound assist in establishing emotional regulation? Can sound be an effective medium in healing deep cultural wounds and taking us towards interpersonal peace and global harmony?Darren eloquently describes how a balance of hope and his reluctance to force outcomes has facilitated some blossoming achievements in training may non therapists in doing deep healing work through promoting emotional regulation, interpersonal connection and inner safety.  From this stable foundation his teams have supported many to thrive and experience personal expansion as they reconnect with their people and purpose.  In a world where so many institutions and leaders have lost their way in terms of integrity and meeting the needs of their people, his groups continue to hold compassion, collaboration, coregulation and love as the powerful central guiding principles to humanity and deep healing.  An inspiration and refocus on the true purpose of togetherness. For more information on Darren's work go to:https://darrenabrahams.comhttps://thehumanhive.orghttps://the-human-hive.mn.co https://open.spotify.com/show/3irDYHPXaaSbDr9BiEGI2z?si=70dd9f03325540e4https://feeds.captivate.fm/thehumanhive/https://www.musicianswithoutborders.orgFor more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to:https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/https://www.facebook.com/brainspottingukhttps://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUKhttps://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0gFor more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g

This episode with Shamir offers a compelling  journey through his path of ancestral healing, spirituality, connectivity and joy.  He takes us through his ancestral history from India, Singapore, Austria and other lands before settling in Glastonbury, the Isle of Avalon.   Shamir describes how we are all so richly integrated with our ancestral history and our planet Earth, from where we all belong.  He teaches on the almost ineffable power of plant medicine and how divine tribal circles use psilocybin mushrooms, ayahuasca, and other psychedelics with ceremony, preparation and prayer to reach higher levels of consciousness beyond the ego and towards a truer self.  This conversation attends to the immense power of love in healing and the non dualistic relationship between the collective consciousness of people and planet.  For more information on Shamir’s work go to:https://www.gridactivations.com/ https://avalonmysteryschool.co.uk/https://instagram.com/grid.activations?igshid=NmZiMzY2Mjc=https://youtube.com/channel/UCFjU2pK4An6v7op1Kh26b4Qhttps://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/healthemother-community-spaces-4-healing-education  For more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to:https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/https://www.facebook.com/brainspottingukhttps://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433https://open.spotify.com/show/2yJ59vmy5o7If1EdZGeVAB?si=CwmLCt0qT9uHq8tMMYr7sQhttps://twitter.com/BrainspottingUKhttps://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0gFor more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
Jeff Ryan and Bob Kohl bring a fascinating integration of stillness, calm and space with dynamic somatic expression to meet their people’s deep healing.  They speak with touching humility on how alongside their many studies, their most influential teacher has been the growing ability to listen in, and learn from, the deep innate wisdom of the body.  This has been enhanced further with the power of Brainspotting and meditation.  Jeff is a licenced Psychotherapist and Bob a Physician, amongst other things, and perhaps that’s one of the main learnings that come through in this episode; the immense potential in the many versions of our true self goes beyond categories and descriptors to a wisdom that is always there for us when we are ready to follow it.For more information on Jeff and Bob's work go to:Jeff's website: www.accswi.comBob's website: www.selfunwinding.com  For more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to:https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/https://www.facebook.com/brainspottingukhttps://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUKhttps://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0ghttps://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793For more information on Brainspotting and to train with Dr Mark Grixti go to: https://bspuk.co.uk/trainings-and-events/ https://www.facebook.com/brainspottinguk https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/awe-in-trauma/id1580294433?i=1000543054793 https://twitter.com/BrainspottingUK https://www.instagram.com/brainspotting_uk/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wfQEAwQX3qr36zkhh9J0g
