Respond With Love
I invite you to think back this last week and go, did you respond with love? And when was it? What did it look like? Because I bet you did. I bet you have responded with love to some degree, and it can look so many different ways, but where did you show kindness? Where did you show grace? Where did you support someone else? Isn't that awesome? It's cool when you get to think about like, hey, I did it. I did it for these people. And that felt really good. And just giving yourself a little pat on the back like that. Nothing wrong with it.
What's Your Great Purpose?
Today's episode is all about your greater purpose. So, we, as Energizers, we have three pillars and then four cornerstones that I personally feel make an Energizer truly shine bright. And one of those pillars is your greater purpose. So, what is your greater purpose? What does that look like? And there are different components to it, so let's kind of break it down and talk about it. And I invite you to think about your greater purpose and gaining clarity on that throughout, both throughout this podcast and throughout the day. So, what is your greater purpose?
Be Open To Greatness
Today's focus, today's thought, today's question is, are you open to greatness? Are you open for life to give you blessings? The amazing things of positive, it's saying yes to the opportunities that align with you and it's giving them to you.
Today's episode of The Daily Energize is all about reflecting. Let's take a little bit of time and reflect, because many times we don't we don't take that time to reflect. Or if we do, it's a little bit here and there. And it's usually when our inner critic, our inner bully, as Shawn Douglas says, beats us up. We reflect that way and we just let it sink us down. But oftentimes we just don't reflect and go, all right, what were some successes?
Keep going. Don't stop. Don't stop at all. Keep going. You got this. I believe in you. The energizers believe in you. And I hope you believe in you. Keep going after your goals, after your dreams. They are worth it. You are worth it. Feel that. Believe it in your heart of heart, in your soul of souls, know that you are worth it. So, keep going. Yes, the going might get tough. Yes, it might be a struggle at times. You're going to face obstacles. There's going to be pitfalls. There's going to be roadblocks that happen and things that will slow you down, okay?
Let's talk today about meditation. Do you meditate? Do you? Don't you? It's okay if you don't. I'm not here to judge you or anything. But I do want to talk about meditation because I have found it to be truly amazing and life changing for me in the years that I've practiced.
Give Yourself Grace
It sucks when you, well, belittle yourself, when you feel small, insignificant, worthless. The scary part is that I used to do this to myself all the time. Not just every great now and then, but all the time I was living in this. I can't imagine what that would be like nowadays, knowing what I know, knowing that I don't have to live that way.
You're starting a brand new week. Let's kick this week off on a beautiful note. If it's another day, great. Let's start today on a beautiful note. Let's start strong and let's stay strong throughout this week. I hope you had an amazing weekend, one filled with joy, love. You're able to chase your passions, you got some joy poured into you, and you just have this positive energy about you. Well, now, keep that going throughout the week.
You are incredible. You are worthy. You are enough just the way you are. Let's step into that and own it so we could shine our true light, to shine that beautiful light we have inside of us, right? In my opinion, what I currently believe is we are these energy beings having this human experience. We're these energy beings. This energy is inside of us. And that's that light that we have, and that light shines forth. And when we truly believe in us, when we give ourselves grace and stop beating ourselves up, when we allow ourselves to shine bright and we don't say, well, but if only you knew this, if we drop the qualifications or the qualifiers, the exceptions, we just get to be us.
Today's episode of the Daily Energize is all about breathing. Breathing. Our breath is so important. Not only does it keep us alive, but, I mean, the cool part is we don't have to think about it. Our body naturally breathes. We don't have to think about breathing. Imagine all the effort and energy it would take if you had to think, oh, I got to inhale. I got to exhale. Let's think about work. Crap, I got to breathe inhale. Oh, yeah. What about that project exhale?
Life's A Journey
You know what, Energizers? Life is a journey. That's right. Life is a journey. Just like as if you're trying to climb a mountain. We start at the head of the trail, and we work our way up and down and up and down and around until we get to that summit.
Give Yourself Grace
Give yourself some love, some understanding, some acceptance, because guess what? We are all bound to make mistakes. We are going to. It's bound to happen in this human journey. That's one of the ways we can learn and grow. One of the biggest ways we can learn, and grow is by making mistakes.
What's Your Essence?
What is your essence? Now, it's a little different than, okay, what's your light? What's your passion? What's your focus or energy or things like that? What is your essence? So, first, I guess, well, you should really define what essence is so that we are all on the same page here.
Your Dream Life
What is your dream? Your dream life? Have you thought about this? Now, I know I've talked about dreams and having clarity on that a handful of times and it's good to check in because I don't know about you, sometimes I hear something I'm like, that sounds awesome. Well, guess what? It's good to check in and make sure it still aligns, that it still fits you. And maybe it's changed. Maybe it stayed exactly the same, but you won't know that unless you check in.
Today's a little different. We're going to talk about health. We're going not quite nutrition, but instead hydration. That's right. Are you hydrating yourself enough now? You might be asking, okay, Spencer, you talk about mindset and mental wellness and positivity.
Hey, Energizer, do you know what aligns with you, what resonates through you? And do you know, even more importantly, what doesn't? I don't know about you, but I went through 30 plus years, something like that. They might serve you and help you and be part of they'll always be part of your journey, but they won't always be aligned. When I started to be very intentional about my choices, the decisions I made and choosing and doing my best, I can't always do it, but trying to do my best to choose the things that are always and only in alignment, life got so much more fulfilling.
Abundance Of Positivity
Positivity is the abundant thing in the world. Let's be real here. Let's be honest. Yes, there's an abundance of negativity and anger and frustration and the darkness in the world.
Finding Your Purpose
Today's topic is all about discovering your purpose. It's a big topic. It's a big thing, and it can be a struggle for many. So, if you find yourself struggling when someone asks or you think about, what's my purpose? Or what's your purpose? And you're like, I don't know, I'm not sure, that's okay. Don't beat yourself up over it. It took me a long time to really discover what my purpose is. And maybe your purpose has changed over your lifetime,
Hey, Energizer. It is time to celebrate. Yeah, that's right. We get to celebrate. We get to just honor the amazing things you that's right. The amazing and incredible things you have done in your life. Because guess what? You are freaking incredible. You are amazing dollars. And you don't celebrate yourself nearly as much as I feel we could. Why? I don't know. We just get focused on the next thing.

I love coffee. And you probably already know that about me, but I love coffee. It's one of my favorite drinks. I almost always have water and coffee in hand, side by side, sometimes tea. I do enjoy tea as well, but that's pretty much all I drink, coffee, water, and tea. And I just love it. It's not the caffeine. I'm not worried or I don't need any of that. It's more for just the taste, the flavor of it. So good. And I have a sign in my office that kind of cued today's, actually. Not kind of.
