With at least 60 film and screen credits to her name. I had seen Ayvianna Snow in many films over the past few years and it was great to finally be able to chat with her face to face (virtually) In this half hour chat, we talk about a range of topics including the premiere of her latest film appearance Burnt Flowers by director Michael Fausti. Enjoy the chat!
Stuart Bannerman ( @frompage2screen ), and filmmaker Jake West (Evil Aliens, Doghouse) as I talk to Jake about his latest documentary Mancunian Man: The Legendary Life of Cliff Twemlow. I always enjoy talking with those within the film world. I find their stories fascinating. I have spoken with dozens of actors, and directors, and writers over the years but not so many composers, those geniuses that create the music that help build the film world we give ourselves over to for a couple of hours. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting down with composer Ross Power whose most recent work can be hear in the new film Rise of the Footsoldier:Vengeance. Ross previously worked with the films director Nick Nevern in Rise of the Footsoldier: Origins and they worked so well together, Ross was back for the follow up film. Enjoy! I share my thoughts on Grimmfest Day Two, which I recorded back in October 2022 as part of their wonderful 4 day festival. In this episode I share my story about the 'no press day' which turned into a 'press day' and where I sat down in the coolest of warehouse rooms to chat with wwriter/director Karim Ouelhaj to talk about his film Megalomaniac which I had just watched before he and I spoke. Also featured in this episode as sort of translater for Karim, is Steve Balshaw, cheif programmer from Grimmfest. What youll hear here, is the full interview, both before we start, and a few minutes after we start. Enjoy it in all its uncut glory.

Kimbrough, Kent Hatch,Shasta Bell, Yadira Pascault Orozco, Chloe Traicos What a list, but what a fun chat was had. Hope you enjoy!!! Terry Zarchi, writer, producer, director, and great guy. Terry appeared in the 1978 classic horror film (Day of the Woman, a.k.a. I Spit On Your Grave) and also was a producer on the 2019 sequel I Spit On Your Grave: Deja Vu (which I prefer to call Day Of The Woman: Deja Vu) In this hour long conversation, Terry and Stuart talk about what it was like to be a huge part of Day Of The Woman (a.k.a I Spit On Your Grave) as well as what fuelled him to direct the documentary Growing Up With I Spit On Your Grave (which should actually be called Growing Up With Day Of The Woman (if Meir Zarchi got his way!) Whatever title you choose to do with. Its a cracking documentary, that you should check out whether you are a fan or have seen the 1978 revenge thriller or havent seen it. Terry and Stuart also talk about his narrative film Holy Hollywood (which you can view on Plex) and Stuart learns a lovely story about what it was like filming with Mickey Rooney.
For part of Grimmfest Easter Horror Nights 2022, I was able to virtually sit down over Zoom with filmmaker and writer Brendan Muldowney and talk about his 2022 film The Cellar (which you can now see on Shudder) We spend around 40 minutes non spoiler chatting about the production of the film, where the idea for it came from and what id was like filming during the pandemic.
