We all have breakdowns in our life. Sometimes it leads to demotivation and exhaustion. This episode talks about acknowledging that tired feeling and demotivation. It talks about the importance of BREAK THROUGHS and that we can do it!

We all have failed in life, so much more as being late. Life really has a way to telling us that our pauses means so much more. This episode discusses why it is okay to fail, to have setbacks, and to try again. We may have missed opportunities in life, but that is okay. We have to understand that we are meant to be where we are right now. If you failed, then try. if you are late, then make up for lost time.

It is okay to leave, to give or gain freedom. Don't hold on to people who don't see your worth, or don't have any plans to stay. Let them go, be kind to yourself and do it.
