SPONSOR: Free 1 Page Planning System with the Finisher Secrets Newsletter: https://finishersecrets.com/tbmshow Welcome to the TBM Show! In this episode, I am going to share a game-changing technique that will help you plan and prioritize your week in just 5 minutes or less. It's called the ABC method, and it's what successful entrepreneurs and coaches use to maximize their productivity. But before we dive into the ABC method, I want to talk about the importance of doing a time audit. By tracking how you spend your time, you can identify where your energy is being wasted and where you can make improvements. Trust me, this simple exercise can provide immense clarity and help you eliminate unnecessary tasks. Once you've completed your time audit for a couple of weeks, it's time to move on to the ABC method. Think of your tasks as A, B, or C. A tasks are the most important ones that align with your goals. Neglecting these tasks can have significant consequences. B tasks are secondary but still important, while C tasks can be done if you have extra time and energy. To implement the ABC method effectively, I recommend making a list of your tasks and assigning priorities using the ABC categories. Next, try time blocking. This productivity hack involves scheduling specific tasks in dedicated time slots on your calendar. By incorporating time blocks into your schedule, you ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Remember, by understanding the big picture and allocating time efficiently, you can accomplish more and make the most out of your week. So give the ABC method a try and watch your productivity soar. Let's get started on planning our weeks like pros! Let me introduce this episode's sponsor, Finisher Secrets. They offer a weekly newsletter that provides actionable tips to boost your productivity and focus on the right tasks. Visit https://finishersecrets.com/tbmshow to sign up and receive weekly tips. Plus, you'll get their one-page planning system that utilizes the ABC method. 📚 Resources Mentioned SPONSOR: Sign up for Free 1 Page Planning System and the Finisher Secrets Newsletter: https://finishersecrets.com/tbmshow BOOK: Buy Back Your Time by Dan Martell DIGITAL TIMER APP: Toggl PLANNER: Finisher’s Journal (affiliate link): https://finishersecrets.com/paul 📚 Get My List of Top 12 Books of The Year: https://pauldittus.ck.page/booklist ➡️ You can follow me here: YouTube:  https://youtube.com/pauldittus IG:  https://www.instagram.com/pauldittus/ Twitter:  https://twitter.com/pauldittus Website:  https://pauldittus.com ✅ Follow The Beautiful Mess Subscribe on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCz28aStbk-5Apxqyj_WWYqw Instagram: https://instagram.com/tbmshow Twitter: https://twitter.com/StartMessy Facebook: https://facebook.com/TheBeautifulMessShow This is episode 75 of The Beautiful Mess Show podcast. In this video, we dive into one of my favorite productivity planning apps called Sunsama. I've been following this app for a while now, and let me tell you, I'm a superfan! If you're interested in trying out Sunsama, make sure to use my affiliate link. By using my link, you'll get a free 30-day trial, which is longer than the typical 14-day trial period. This gives you plenty of time to fully test out Sunsama and see if it's the right fit for you. ✅ Free 30-day free trial of Sunsama App (affiliate link): https://try.sunsama.com/paul In this video, I'll give you a comprehensive overview of Sunsama and what makes it stand out from other productivity apps. The underlying principles of Sunsama help you focus on the most important tasks instead of cramming more into your day. It's a monofocus-centered app that is incredibly well designed and seamlessly integrates with other productivity project management tools like Asana and ClickUp. One of the things I love most about Sunsama is how peaceful and intuitive the user experience is. Plus, the Sunsama team constantly releases updates to improve the app's functionality and user experience. We’ll also dive into some of the exciting new features that Sunsama has recently introduced. We have the Focus Bar, which allows you to stay on track and maintain your focus. There's also a built-in Pomodoro Timer, which is super handy for boosting productivity. And for those of you who need to take notes during meetings, Sunsama offers Simplified Meeting Notes with markdown support. But that's not all! Sunsama also has features like Auto Reschedule Tasks and Auto Add Calendar Events, which make managing your schedule a breeze. Now, I won't lie, Sunsama is not the cheapest option out there. However, if it helps you stay organized and focused, ultimately saving you time and money, it could be worth the investment. If you're still unsure whether Sunsama is right for you, I highly recommend downloading the app and giving it a try.
