It's time to talk about our trip out to Western States Endurance Run. We'll dive into a little more detail about the race, crewing, our setup as a crew and more. This is a race that is near and dear to our hearts and one I'd highly recommend if you enjoy the sport of ultra running. You don't have to run it to enjoy this race either. What you get to experience while running or crewing the race is something you will not soon forget. Because it is so special, there are some hoops you need to jump through to get in. We discuss just what it takes to get to the starting line in this episode. For more info click the link below. Results and Track...

My heart rate strap needs to be adjusted. All of these things and more are reasons to take a step back and evaluate where you are and what you actually need for your next run. Also, we talk about another race. The Tulip Time 5k and 10k here in Holland Michigan. A really fun event with a great course and great people along the w...
