I am human. I cry, feel sad, get depressed, and hurt. Sounds real depressing, I know. But all to say, going to the gym has really develop better ways of dealing with mental, emotion, and psychological stress. I really feel like I am in control of myself. I don't let my conscious dictate my doubtful judgements.
So, go to the gym. There's more benefits to it other than demanding nutritional value in your diet, better control of emotions, and post-workout better mindset. Try it out!
I just hope you become a gym rat like me where I can claim that the gym is my sanctuary!

I am guilty of working so much that I've lost focus on what really matters most - time with family an friends!
It's true, I've overworked myself so much because I want to get to where I want to FAST. Typical week consists of 90/10 split of work to play ratio. Which I have been told to not do. However, I am in a situation where I am actually trying to retire my family in 5 years. It's true I am in such a hurry that sometimes it does hurt having HUGE FOMO with family and friends.
But, I make sure that when I am to be present with family and friends, I am actively listening and truly present. So should you!
That's all I have to say in this episode!

I am definitely guilty of overworking myself this past week to the point of getting a cold.

Body: I am tired of you making me work hard and pushing my limits.

Result: A Whole Day of aligning the three. I watched 4 movies, did no business or show work because I overworked myself last week.
