In this episode of Flow Rising, I sat down for an engaging conversation with life coach Amy Linsmeyer.  Our lighthearted conversation drifted into self-care and how Amy's healing journey started when she learned what it truly meant to care for herself.    Amy is a life and well-being coach who is dedicated to helping others achieve the change they are seeking and feel good in the process. She knows, from her own experiences that we are all taught to believe that we have to work hard to achieve any change in life. Amy thinks differently. Yes, change can be hard but knowing you have different choices can change everything. Amy thrives on helping her clients see new possibilities because she wholeheartedly believes that when you are able to make a different choice, you will achieve a whole new outcome.    Are you someone who is ready to change and looking for a helping hand? In this episode, I sat down for a rare opportunity to talk with a male survivor of domestic violence. Will Kesselman is no stranger to how violence shows up behind closed doors because for most of his career he has gone into impossible situations to save others from abuse.   Now, he is bravely sharing his own story of surviving an abusive marriage and how he turned his own survival into a coaching business that helps others walk the path towards thriving.     Will Kesselman, “Special Victims” investigator, Source/Featured on major Publications; and, Founder of Control and Power Strategy®️ (aka CP Strategy), a High Conflict Divorce Consulting and Transformational Coaching agency. After experiencing trauma both at home and in school, Will chose to dedicate his life and professional career to protecting those who've had their power wrongfully snatched from them. With over 15 years of experience, Will, through his consulting and coaching company, continues to dedicate his life to helping empower mostly women, and sometimes men, to protect themselves and their children- even potentially saving lives. Through his company, Will specializes in revealing to his clients the hidden information known mostly to government investigators, police, and judges; and, how they think and react to situations. Will has helped over one thousand women and children- and some men, navigate government and community systems, to safety.    Are you a survivor looking for support along your journey?  Tap one of the links below to get connected with Will today! In this episode, I talk with Shana Francesca. An amazingly powerful woman whose story of survival brings inspiration to other women who want to learn how to design a life of their own making.     Now Shana uses her talents as an interior designer to help others remove old energies from their homes and workspaces.    She shared with me why she loves working with her clients saying, "They're like, incredible human beings. But they're sharing their story with me and I get to be part of changing and shifting their home to be a place of safety, because so much about our home, you know, especially if they choose to stay in that home for whatever reason that traumatic relationship ends or that traumatic situation ends or there's a death or there's a whatever it is right? When we entered, we're all in everything's made of energy. So the energy of what existed and what was done inside of a house stays with it. And we can transmute, and we can change that energy by, you know, changing our perception and our view of a space by reorganizing that space."   Does your space need an energetic overhaul?  Tap a link to connect with Shana today! https://www.concinnate.world/    https://www.concinnate.world/workshops https://www.concinnate.world/shana-francesca ________________ If you or someone you know need help with a domestic violence situation contact the national domestic violence hotline at 800-799-7233 or  online at https://www.thehotline.org/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=domestic_violence
In this episode, I talk with survivor and memoir writer Kimberly Henry. She shares her story of when she realized she’d lost herself after a series of abusive relationships and how finding the courage to write her memoir and helping others write theirs changed her life forever.   Growing up, Kimberly, saw firsthand the effects alcoholism had on family and relationships. She was determined not to repeat the pattern, but as she shared with me, "Yeah if you look at the stats, it's significantly high that especially the more around that, especially alcoholics, the more that you're around it, the more you're going to repeat the patterns that you know. So I, it was inevitable that I was going to repeat patterns because I was resistant to really doing the work."  Now she is writing her memoir, sharing her story, and helping others share their stories through writing.  If You would like to get help or have your memoir written for you connect with Kimberly today at https://kimberlyhenrycoaching.com    ________________  If you or someone you know need help with a domestic violence situation contact the national domestic violence hotline at 800-799-7233 or  online  https://www.thehotline.org/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=domestic_violence
