Andy and Laura Sink have been married for thirty-two years and live in Birmingham, Alabama. They have three adult children and one grandson, and are active members of Redeemer Community Church where they are leaders in marriage ministry. They are extremely passionate about helping married couples, and together they have been been facilitators of the Dynamic Marriage curriculum since 2012. Andy serves on several local charitable boards including Restoration Academy while Laura is active in several local women's ministries and involved in a non-profit medical foundation. Andy and Laura's mission is not only to live their life fully, but to also be a witness to other couples of what a convenant marriage looks like. Avon and Valorie Banks have devoted over thirty years to serving God's people, focusing on strengthening marriages and families. Both are U.S. Army veterans and became certified marriage facilitators in 2006. They founded a Marriage Ministry that utilizes Christ-centered teachings, coaching, and retreats to assist hundreds of couples in building healthier marriages. The Banks have been recognized with various credentials, including being ordained ministers (Avon becoming an ordained bishop in 2018). They lead a non-profit organization, host a weekly television show called "Bank on Love," and produce podcasts and online content about marriage. Celebrating their 31st wedding anniversary last November, they have a blended family with six adult children and twelve grandchildren.

Rich is Campus Pastor of Compass Christian Church in Colleyville, Texas, and his wife Patty is Memory Care Director and a published author. Zackery and Emma Matovu met online through a Facebook church page and this virtual connection was solidified early on with their aligned values of faith. Their story isn't perfect, but it's encouraging for all couples who come into a marriage after a divorce. This blended family has given God all the glory for their passion to not only build their marriage, but to help other couples through courses from MDI. Philip and Jan Nichols have been leading Dynamic Marriage classes since 1997. Their passion for mentoring and teaching couples to be healthy and thriving is the very core of their lives as Master Facilitators. Both Philip and Jan hail from Texas, finding their way to Lubbock Christian College in the years 1972-1977. Philip served church families in Alvin, Dallas and Lewisville, retiring from Garden Ridge Church of Christ in Lewisville after forty-one years. Jan worked in a variety of jobs but always supporting her husband in whatever way needed while working with women's ministries along the way. They have two beautiful daughters and five precious grandchildren. 
MDI is launching a TWO-DAY (Friday and Saturday) marriage workshop created for engaged and newly married couples called "A New Foundation." The intent is to offer a proactive approach to help couples establish a healthy marriage and develop skills for better relationships in contrast to "A New Beginning" which is designed for couples in crisis.  Demetrius and Cher Williams have been collaborating with us to create this holistic program and will be our workshop leaders for "ANF." They also travel the country leading a 3-day intensive weekend workshop for couples that are in crisis called "A New Beginning."
Covey and Katie Wise have been married twenty-four years.   They have five children and use their experiences from marriage and parenting to encourage couples and young families to draw closer to God and to each other.   Covey has served as an evangelist for Monroeville Christian Church for the past eleven years. Their entire family is actively involved in various church ministries of this growing and thriving congregation in southwest PA.    About seven years ago, they learned about Marriage Dynamics and became class facilitators. Since then, they have led several classes and have seen the marriage ministry in their congregation grow.  They firmly believe that the marriage ministry should be a primary ministry of any local church. As the Ministry Marketing Director, Celeste LaReau brings years of nonprofit experience to Marriage Dynamics Institute. She has many talents and strengths.  But her ability to relate to people makes her exceptional within her role at MDI.  One of her primary responsibilities is to share information and convey the value of our marriage resources to couples prior to intake and registration. She builds relationship with her callers whether speaking with couples in crisis or couples in search of marriage enrichment, or those specifically interested in leading classes. Celeste knows how to approach conversation with just about anyone and communicate with compassion and grace. Jason and Becky Kridner didn't know if they were going to make it past thirteen years of marriage until they found Dynamic Marriage. Recardo Reyes is a proud father of four daughters and nine grandchildren. An ex-gang member and recovered addict of eighteen years, Recardo has served as a missionary for five years in Mexico, as well as a pulpit preacher for seven years in Texas. He is currently working with Kings Crossing Prison Ministry in Corpus Christi, ministering to those incarcerated in the Coastal Bend Area and specifically helping those who are struggling with addictions in the City of Corpus Christi. This episode will challenge and inspire the listener, to literally "take your tools out of the shed", when it comes to connecting in relationships. This extraordinary couple, Shannan and Xavier Fowler, have quickly learned the way to lead in everything they do, and that is with extreme, exceptional love.  Shannan is a classically trained opera singer who has had the immense pleasure of singing at Carnegie Hall, England, Scotland, Japan and all over the USA. She is described by most people who meet her as "Sunshine." Additionally, she is a stay at home mom of three who has the joy of welcoming her children home each day with love. Xavier is an entrepreneur originally from Birmingham, AL who attended the University of Alabama and currently runs a boutique IT Consulting company. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, hiking and working out. Xavier is a dedicated father and loves spending time with his family. The Fowlers attend church at Believer's Faith Fellowship in Christiana, TN and lead the marriage ministry there. They are passionate about giving couples tools they can use to excel, invest and restore their marriage, while igniting intimacy with effective communication.
