Jill was in full-time ministry for 38 years and was on staff here at Southland for 30 years. She served in a variety of roles within churches across our state; and has witnessed changes in the culture through her years of service. We are excited to have her perspective and insight on this topic. This episode is Jill's interview. Next week we will dive into details of women in ministry and the role God's calling plays in our lives.

This is an incredible task to undertake that also can seem quite daunting.
