Thank you for your podcast, it was useful to listen to. I have had problems with anxiety for a long time, and after reading an article about 5 signs of anxiety https://alldaymedicalcare.com/5-signs-your-anxiety-is-problematic/ I realized that I needed to deal with it. Nowadays, therapist services are more accessible and can even be done online, making it easier to get help.

There comes a time in the life of each of us when we want to change something in ourselves. First of all, it is important to find a connection with your body and mind. Retreats give you such an opportunity, it is filling you with a new resource, which a person then directs to improve the quality of his life. We are not post-pandemic!! It's literally only getting worse. Immediately turned off this episode. Can't listen to anything your guest says if she can't even acknowledge an on-going pandemic that is disabling and killing millions.
