We’re hanging out with the Ghost Brothers one more time, and this week the dice have sent us to the historic Fitzpatrick Hotel in Washington, Georgia.Built in the late 1800s, the Fitzpatrick comes with exactly the sort of history we like around here: old rooms, strange happenings, a cemetery underneath the building because apparently moving the headstones was good enough, and at least one extremely messy story involving a man, his wife, his mistress, and a New Year’s Eve ball.Which, as Megan helpfully points out, was held in the ballroom.Where balls typically are held. The Ghost Brothers check into the hotel for the night and investigate reports of mysterious footsteps, lights turning themselves on, a little girl roaming the halls, and spirits who may still be hanging around more than a century later. Meanwhile, we discuss creepy paintings, Bloody Mary, suspicious EVPs, very tight pants, and the important paranormal-investigation rule: don’t do that when you’re drunk. There’s also a moment when everyone blames producer Steve for something decidedly ghosty, prompting a well-deserved “Damn it, Steve.” Except...it might not actually have been Steve. And after all the investigating, evidence reviewing, and attempts to figure out exactly who is haunting the Fitzpatrick, Amy delivers perhaps the perfect summary of paranormal television:“That was a lot of not really.”We love the Ghost Brothers, though. Even when the evidence is questionable, these guys are ridiculously fun to watch. So grab your cinnemon sticks and join us where The Activity Continues.Content Warning:We didn’t find anything we thought might deserve a warning, except that we use colorful language.Chapter Markers00:00:00 Welcome00:02:42 Call for Stories00:05:42 Rolling for Episode00:08:10 Begin GB Episode43:42 End GB Episode - Wrap up This episode was recorded on August 20, 2026, and released on September 3, 2026.Disclaimer:The Activity Continues is not affiliated with Warner Bros., Max, Travel Channel, Painless Productions, or any of the shows we talk about. This week we're heading into the Arizona desert for Ghost Brothers: Lights Out Season 1, Episode 5 – "Ghost Town Throw Down." Vulture City has all the ingredients for a classic Wild West haunting: abandoned buildings, a gold mine, a hanging tree...and one very painful trip to the emergency room. But as the investigation unfolds, an interesting question emerges:Is Vulture City really cursed...or is something simply protecting the land?Join us as we react in real time to one of our favorite Ghost Brothers episodes yet. We talk ghost towns, gold rush history, thermal camera anomalies, mysterious pushes, and why maybe we should stop calling everything a curse.Content Warning:We didn’t find anything we thought might deserve a warning, except that we sweaChapter Markers00:27 Intro01:08 Picking the Episode03:37 Housekeeping05:51 False Start #1m06:16 Sidequest: Do Your Kegels, Ladies08:07 Still Trying to get Screen Sharing to work...08:25 Ghost Bros Officially StartsThe Activity Continues is a paranormal podcast where soul friends Amy and Megan chat about true crime, ghost stories, hauntings, dreams, and other paranormal stuff including TV shows. This episode was recorded on July 15,2026, and released on August 6, 2026.Disclaimer:The Activity Continues is not affiliated with Warner Bros., Max, Travel Channel, Painless Productions, or any of the shows we talk about. Ghost Brothers: Lights Out: Waverly HillsIt's time for another paranormal watch-along, and this time we're heading to one of the most famous haunted locations in America... Waverly Hills Sanatorium.Once again, we let the Universe decide which iteration of Ghost Brothers shows (there are three), and which season and episode we would watch. We landed “Ghost Brothers: Lights Out” Season 2, Episode 8.Before long we were asking the important questions:· Is Tim the Demon just suffering from a branding problem?· Is Ghost Whip 3000 the greatest piece of ghost-hunting technology ever named?· And perhaps most importantly... why are people’s ribs gone?As we follow the Ghost Brothers through haunted hallways, body chutes, bats, body bags, and more "absolutely not" moments than we can count, we discover that the most fascinating part of Waverly Hills might not be the story everyone already knows.Could the other story of Waverly Hills actually be the darker one? OR is Shirleen just drinking the company Kool-Aid.Along the way, we remind ourselves that not everything's demonic. Humans deserve more than the occasional fresh air and sunshine to survive, and question some life choices including body bags and morgue body trays. If you like your paranormal with equal parts creepy history, skeptical commentary, terrible jokes, and two friends yelling "Nope!" at the television, this one's for you.So grab your emotional support Yorkie, leave the body bag at home, and join us where… The Activity Continues.Content Warning:We didn’t find anything we thought might deserve a warning, except that we swear.Chapter Markers00:00 Intro & Choosing the Episode03:43 Welcome to Waverly Hills15:37 Ghost Whip 3000 & The Body Chute18:05 The Other Story of Waverly Hills (Woodhaven)27:07 Tim the Demon Needs Better PR32:13 The Body Bag Was a Terrible Idea40:20 Final ThoughtsThe Activity Continues is a paranormal podcast where soul friends Amy and Megan chat about true crime, ghost stories, hauntings, dreams, and other paranormal stuff including TV shows. This time on The Activity Continues, Megan and Amy rolled the dice and landed on The Holzer Files: Lambert Castle. What followed was a haunted castle, mysterious past-life connections, family secrets, psychic roadblocks, and one very persistent paranormal mystery that may or may not have been completely solved.Along the way, we also spent a surprising amount of time introducing Megan to Amy’s newest foster-fail pup, discussing whether ghosts can keep secrets for over a century, and trying to decide if Lambert Castle was genuinely haunted or just really committed to being dramatic. This is the public (edited) version of this episode. If you would like to see the full episode, mostly unedited, please go to our Patreon where you can join us, and watch this and all our upcoming episodes ad-free and often extended. Or you can purchase just this episode. We’d love to have you as part of the Ghosty Fam!Grab a drink, meet the newest member of the canine cast, and join us for a night of ghosts, castles, and chaos.OBS made a terrible life choice during this recording and partially hid Megan behind the episode footage. We didn't discover it until editing. The audio is fine.
