The duo talked about Minniti's motivations for attending CSI, the amazing experience and network he cultivated, which has led to an outstanding career in the pharmaceutical industry and a return to CSI as an adjunct in Microbiology.
April 1, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host Terry Mares interviewing Douglas Encarnacion, a two-time alumnus and a Unites States Veteran of three branches of the military. Encarnacion shared the story of his career in the military, why he returned to the classroom, his entrepreneurship, and his community service and advocacy.
March 25, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host Terry Mares interviewing members of the Teacher Education Honors Academy, led by Interim Director Carlo Lancellotti. The group talked about the inception behind TEHA and what it does for its cohort of students, the career track beyond graduation and how students can get involved.
March 18, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host David Pizzuto interviewing Lizbet Rodriguez from the Class of 2025. A member of the Macaulay Honors College and a Psychology major, Lizbet discusses some of the amazing and exciting endeavors she is a part of, including infant sleep study research that will see her travel internationally this summer, a recent study abroad trip to Italy, and starting the Spanish Club at CSI.
March 11, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host Terry Mares interviewing Ashley Villalva, Class of 2026. Currently a student in the Macaulay Honors College at CSI. Villalva explained why CSI was the right school for her and how being a part of Macaulay and the campus community is paying dividends. She talked about some of the programming and leadership initiatives she is a part of and her goals beyond graduation.

March 4, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host David Pizzuto interviewing Andrea Curry, an alumna of the College and current Secretary of the Alumni Association. Andrea shared her incredible story of triumph through hardship and adversity, crediting CSI with being an inspirational part of her journey. Andrea talked about her experiences as a student at CSI, and her work in the community.
February 26, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host Terry Mares interviewing Miguel Aragón, Professor of Art at the College of Staten Island. Aragón spoke about his life and career, including the motivations behind curating the work currently on display at the CSI Art Gallery, entitled, "Holding It All Gently."
February 19, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host David Pizzuto interviewing Adam Kostandy, a senior Computer Science major at the College of Staten Island. The duo talked about Kostandy's academic career at CSI, and his choice to go back to school to pursue this second degree in Computer Science. He talks about his favorite classes, his recent showcase in CSI's Game Jam event, and his plans beyond college. The interview helps shed light on the exciting events and opportunities available to students at CSI in Computer Science and beyond
February 12, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host Terry Mares interviewing Jacqueline Lamberti, Associate Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving at the College of Staten Island. The duo talked about the role that Lamberti is playing and her work with the CSI Alumni Association, its vast events and offerings, as well as some of the annual giving platforms CSI has established and continues to reinforce, including Giving Tuesday this past November and the Spring Into Giving fundraising event to be held in April.
February 5, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host David Pizzuto interviewing alumnus Christopher Scandaglia. A lifelong Yankees fan and a graduate of the Class of 2003, Scandaglia currently operates a non-profit, Chris4Lou, in memory of his grandfather, who passed away from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). Since then he has raised over $40K for community members battling the disease and ALS organizations supporting research for a cure. The Yankees have supported Scandaglia's annual fundraising event which this year takes place at Above Rooftop at the Hilton Garden Inn in May. January 29, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host Terry Mares interviewing Dr. Sarolta Takács, Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences at CSI. Dr. Takács talked about her tenure to date within the division and the many progresses its made in recent years. The duo talked about some of the extraordinary faculty and students that contribute to the programs and some of the exciting things the area is looking forward to in the future.
January 22, 2024 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host David Pizzuto interviewing Dr. Timothy G. Lynch, President of the College of Staten Island. This is Dr. Lynch's fourth appearance on the show, but his first since being named the College's permanent President. He talked about some of the long-range goals he has, including the College's new strategic plan, and his perspectives on some of the accomplishments over the past few semesters since his arrival.
December 18, 2023 - CSI Today Talks returns with Co-Host Terry Mares interviewing Jasmone Cardona, Executive Director of Economic Development, Continuing Studies, and Government Relations at the College of Staten Island. She discussed all the aspects of her position ad the many duties it entails. The duo discussed some the new and exciting developments within the division and what the future holds for CSI.

Luke talked about his motivations around serving as President, and some of the thigs he is most proud of after his first semester in office and what he is looking forward to in the spring.
November 27, 2023 - CSI Today Talks returns with Program Director of SEEK (Search for Education, Elevation and Knowledge) Stephanie Allen. She spoke about her office and the services it offers to students as well as some of the programming it has planned for the future on campus.
November 12, 2023 - CSI Today Talks returns with the Executive Chief Diversity Officer & Special Assistant to the President, Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Dr. Jonathan Wesley. Dr. Wesley discussed the purpose of the office and its importance on the campus. He discussed recent programming and what the future holds for ODEI efforts on campus.
November 6, 2023 - CSI Today Talks returns with co-host David Pizzuto interviewing Professors Zhanyang Zhang, Alan Benimoff, and Ricardo Toledo-Crow, who shared their expertise and work as part of the Mesonet Weather Station on campus that includes a new installation of the Floodnet Gateway Sensors that monitors flooding conditions on Staten Island. The group shared their study and amazing work that is yielding critical data as part of the statewide system studying climate and its impact in the region.
October 30, 2023 - CSI Today Talks returns with co-host Terry Mares interviewing Beatrix Reinhardt, CSI professor and artist who recently collaborated on a project called Whispers on the 41st Latitude. She talks about her motivations for the project and her other artistic endeavors.

October 23, 2023 - CSI Today Talks returns with co-host David Pizzuto interviewing Emily Albano, student-athlete on the Women's Soccer team. Emily lent perspective to her time on the team as a new NCAA Division II unit, and her time as a Verrazzano Honors student and how it is helping to shape her as a leader. She talked about her choice to attend CSI and how it is now paying dividends as she approaches graduation.
