Alien 3 undid everything we loved about the entire previous film within the first five minutes and thus deserves all my hatred regardless of whether or not it's a "fine" film. Honestly, fuck every single movie in that franchise after the first two. Alien and Aliens are perfect, and in my head cannon, they are the only two that exist in that series.
I'm glad you guys enjoys Rise of Skywalker. Personally, I hated it. it's too fast paced. It walks back emotional plot beats (Chewie, Threepio). Leia's death was underwhelming. The emperor's ressurection made no sense. The lightsaber duels were laughably bad. Just swinging swords back and forth. Zero artistry. Why the hell doesn't Ben Solo say anything after he turns back to the light? Why didn't he appear as a force ghost at the end? JJ Abrams is a crappy filmmaker

and you're right, she didn't ride the bike. they even brought in a break dancing male to do the spin at the end. the scene that she dances with the tv in the suit that breaks away is so obviously not her-- I wondered who the new dancer was.
I loved Flashdance! I also love Pittsburgh, so I know everyplace they were. But I have so many questions, even now! How does a 21 year old girl wind up living in a giant warehouse? And isn't dating a 40 year old man sort of creepy?. Where are her parents? And where did she learn to be a welder?

Decker was a replicant. At the end of the original, the guy in the trench coat leaves the origami unicorn, telling Decker that he knew what decker had been dreaming about. Decker just had no expiration date.
