Today’s episode features someone that I’m extremely blessed to have met online over the past few months. My guest is Jessie Ladson. He is the Founder & President of Ladson Construction, Partner at Advocate Roofing & Restoration, and Founder of Contractor Con. When I say this is one of the best episodes we have done thus far, I’m not kidding. He’s operating at a high level in all areas of his life, and is setting the example in the contractor space. Jessie is the Founder and President of Ladson Construction, Managing Partner at Advocate Roofing and Restoration, and the Founder of ContractorCon. He graduated from the University of North Florida in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management and received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix in 2012. Since graduating with his MBA in 2012, Jessie has managed over $300 million in commercial construction working with two of the largest international construction managers in the world and man multiple large-scale projects simultaneously from some of the most confidential clients. This has exposed Jessie to many types of deliverables for some of the most complex projects, providing him the skill set needed to adjust to any given project and client’s needs. Since 2009, Jessie has gained extensive experience in the industry, which has equipped Ladson Construction with the necessary procedures and techniques to manage all facets of the construction process to scale that business to $30,000,000 in annual revenue this year. This is no fear of failure when it comes to Jessie’s mindset.

Adam’s mindset and life coach, Jose Bolanos joins the Entrebrewer Podcast today. He is also the VP of Leadership Development at Hite Digital. Adam & Jose have been working together for over a year, and it has dramatically changed his life. Jose has an incredible way of connecting with, and coaching entrepreneurs to live a life that’s backed by a commitment. This commitment is your why for everything that you do, both in business and your personal life. In this episode, Jose discusses his Unbreakable challenge that includes an ice bath, along with the philosophy behind “VUCA”. Jose Bolanos Bio:“If you want to help others facilitate their lives, first learn what it means to facilitate your own.”This is what my mentor told me when I told him I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others live their best lives. 20 years later and I’m still learning what it means to facilitate my own life. Today I understand it’s a lifelong process. From my mentor I also learned about transformation. He taught me that transformation is not changing who you are, it’s becoming more of who you were designed to be. But this only happens through self-understanding and fearlessness.Taking his advice to heart I started investing time and resources fearlessly into my own personal development, exposing myself to a variety of disciplines, principals, methods and tools. I applied these in my life and started developing my own unique understanding of personal development, leadership and transformation. My own life had become the laboratory.Determined to learn how to best serve others I decided to train formally and rigorously as a coach. I started training under another amazing mentor in a unique coaching methodology, Presence Based Coaching. The basic premise in PBC is that presence is the key competency to navigating the complexities we face in our personal and professional lives. I am convinced this is true. With time It became clear to me that my purpose is to be a source of presence, strength and transformation for others. As a coach I have worked with business leaders, entrepreneurs and activists. The world is in dire need of strong, stable and impactful leaders. Though I always tell my clients “You are not my client. Those that surround you are my clients. Your spouse, kids, workers, community… those are my clients”.I also became fascinated with complexity management. I came to understand that managing life is a complex challenge in itself and we all need to build our capacity to manage it effectively. This has become a big piece of my work, helping my clients make sense of complexity so they could take better and more skillful actions.I also came to understand that complexity management is philosophical (mindset), physiological and spiritual. Based on that premise I combined other disciplines into my work such as mindfulness, breathwork, somatic intelligence, stoic philosophy and interpersonal neurobiology. I’ve managed to synthesize these different approaches into my own unique approach to personal and leadership development.Today I have 20 years of experience working with hundreds of organizations, and thousands of business leaders, entrepreneurs and activists, in over 13 countries, helping them build their capacity to thrive in complexity.

The Founder/CEO of Limitless coaching, 8 Year Navy Veteran, and Overall Classic Physique Champion. Saylorsburg, PA.I was not always “fit” as people see me now. I competed in the Shawn Ray Hawaiian Classic in 2017 taking 1st place and overall, in classic physique. Four months later my thyroid went under-active and that is when my life changed forever. I gained 45 lbs. which felt like overnight, slept for 17 hours a day, lost my ability to sweat, my vision was blurred, my confidence was at an all-time low, and I contemplated committing suicide, while also abusing drugs on a daily basis. We all go through certain things in our life that I believe change our way of thinking and how we look at the future. This was not my case, I continued using drugs for three years, surrounded myself with people who provided no value, and partied my ass off. I now realize why all this happened to me, I was being taught a life lesson that I soon would take and harness the true potential I had.I created Limitless Coaching because of the things I have experienced in my life and wanted to change the way Online Fitness Coaching is. Limitless Coaching is unlike any other coaching platform around being able to deliver quality results, supplements from 1st Phorm, Hormone Replacement Therapy through our partnership with Marek Health, and Meal preps from ICON meals. We keep the client accountable with our highly trained and educated coaches guaranteeing your success, and best of all we promise you a 100% money-back guarantee if you do not see results within the first month. I will promise to deliver upon that request that when joining Limitless you will not only come out with the physique you thought was never possible but the mindset to conquer anything in front of you.
