Talk about a brain freeze! There was a time when “cryonics” — the technology of freezing human brains (and other body parts) — was the latest craze to preserve our minds in the hope of one day being defrosted and put into a younger body. That’s some weird science! But we all understand why, right? The average 70+ years most of us have on this earth just isn’t enough... and it sucks that our minds and bodies break down along the way. Yet some lucky ones stay mentally sharp into their 80s, 90s… even to 100! But it’s not luck that keeps some healthy and mentally fit. And that’s got Nikki and Malone asking the burning question: How can we keep our brains young? With a little help from healthy brain researcher Dr. Ana Daugherty and octogenarian comedian and lawyer Anita Milner, we’ll find out how to keep our beautiful minds humming along.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

And with food safety expert Dr. Robert Brackett as their guide through our refrigerators and cupboards, they'll find out if the dates on our food are really just BS.Support us by supporting our sponsors!See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Saying lab grown meat and sounding like “ewww” was pretty unobjective, and some people do in fact (like me as an anemic) need meat. In addition, there wasn’t much prep on the positive aspects of an omnivore diet.

I love my local Buy Nothing group. When my husband's dear grandma passed this group helped us get a clown costume. She made him promise many years ago to dress like a clown during her funeral. This group came through with a wig and costume. 😃

I thought there was sugar withdrawal. Like the Keto flu is a withdrawal of simple carbohydrates aka sugar. He said the fear of withdrawals from his pills popping days is what keeps him sober.. That's not a solid recovery. If withdrawals would have been the answer for me, it wouldn't have taken 15 years of hell to stop drinking.

FTR.....10pm-6am is not Intermittent Fasting. 6pm-12pm everyday is my IF schedule, but the typical setups are as follows....First number is fasting window, second is eating.... 16-8, 18-6, or the Warrior is 20-4 I think she moved on from the idea that 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. is fasting, (like, oh you don't eat when you're sleeping.. kudos), but I wanted to make it clear for anyone who was actually curious.
