Description

Formerly the Flow Into Authenticity podcast. How do you navigate the Space of Becoming—that moment of profound change when something in life is shifting, but the path forward isn’t yet clear? This in-between space can feel disorienting, isolating, and frightening.

Yet we believe it is also the birthplace of our most authentic growth. Using the Flow Spiral Method, we explore the stages of transformation that align with the cycles of nature and merge the logic of nature with the power of intuition.

This spiral reflects a path of transformation known to nature and ancient wisdom throughout time. Follow along as your intuition leads you to uncover more of your authentic self—and toward the person you are becoming.
