Mr. Baseball, Bob Uecker, died this week and we talked about that. He was a good dude and had a positive effect on millions of people during his life. He will be missed.
We chatted about hiking fails, how we act based on our childhood, fear, time and energy, getting better after getting sober, learning from our mistakes, making someone else's day go better and a list from the internet.
