A new month is a perfect time to reflect on and set goals! Listen to this week’s episode for a general update, some goal check-in and some words of encouragement for you to use in your own goal setting.
This episode is inspired by my completion of 100 straight days of yoga! I share with you how I found myself on the mat, what it has done for me and how it could be of benefit to you as you navigate life’s ebbs and flows.
In episode two, I discuss what brought me to this project and how I hope to be of service through this new adventure. I talk about building the foundation for brighter days ahead while acknowledging how hard the low days can be and how you can start to pull yourself out of the funk by challenging you to do even the smallest of habits: drink some water and be kind to yourself.
