Lauren has owned the recruiting, people ops / HR, training, and onboarding processes, and worked with A-list entertainers on high-profile events and experiences.
Lauren is a gritty employee advocate, passionate about motivating and developing others to their full potential in alignment with an organization’s missions, vision, and goals. She has deep expertise in event planning and vendor management, and enjoys creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Since leaving that role, she has worked as a full-cycle recruiter in two scaling companies: one for Armory, a CI/CD tech startup in Silicon Valley, and the other for a veterinary medicine conglomerate based in Texas. Lauren has a unique background of being part of an events startup. From the “just an idea” stage to helping operate and scale the company for 8.5 years. Lauren has owned the recruiting, people ops / HR, training, and onboarding processes, and worked with A-list entertainers on high-profile events and experiences.
Lauren is a gritty employee advocate, passionate about motivating and developing others to their full potential in alignment with an organization’s missions, vision, and goals. She has deep expertise in event planning and vendor management, and enjoys creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Since leaving that role, she has worked as a full-cycle recruiter in two scaling companies: one for Armory, a CI/CD tech startup in Silicon Valley, and the other for a veterinary medicine conglomerate based in Texas. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and three dogs (Arnie, Mowgli, and Taco Bell). You can often find her enjoying live music, trying new gluten-free eateries, practicing photography, and gardening to relax!
