Did you know that men have a hormonal cycle that lasts 24-hours whereas women's hormonal cycles last approximately 28 days? This biological difference is often overlooked, yet it has a profound impact on how we experience work, stress and success.Women's bodies are designed to ebb and flow in sync with their cycles. This cyclical nature is not a weakness; it's a source of strength and resilience. Yet, in a society that glorifies hustle and busyness, we often ignore our bodies' natural rhythms, leading to burnout and exhaustion.Imagine a world where success aligns with your natural rhythms, where rest isn't a luxury but a powerful tool for growth. This is the vision of Olivia Heine, an NLP & Sacred Success Coach who is revolutionizing the way women approach productivity and success.Olivia's method, "Working Like a Womb-an," is based on the idea that women can achieve remarkable success by honoring their cyclical nature. Her approach is grounded in ancient wisdom and modern techniques, and it is tailored to each woman's unique rhythms and well-being.There is so much juiciness in this episode including:🎙️How external expectations contribute to burnout🎙️How Olivia transformed burnout into a thriving business🎙️ The symptoms of not working in sync with your natural rhythms🎙️ The four main phases of a 28-day cycle and how to harness their power🎙️The power of the 'Show, don't tell' approach🎙️The importance of using the rhythm of rest to create a consistent flow in your life🎙️How to navigate cyclical living even without a monthly cycle To find out more about Olivia:hello@oliviaheine.com | @oliviaheinecoaching| oliviaheine.comFor Olivia's freebie on living cyclically: https://www.oliviaheine.com/cyclicalharmonySupport the showTo find out more about Just Breathe, sign up for a FREE TRIAL or to join the Just Breathe community go to: https://www.pollywarren.com/justbreatheTo book a FREE 15 minute discovery call with me go to: https://calendly.com/pollywarrencoaching/15minTo join my FB group go to: https://www.facebook.com/groups/thepositiveperimenopauseclubEmail me at: info@pollywarren.comhttps://www.pollywarren.com/https://www.instagram.com/pollywarrencoaching/

Migraines are often dismissed as mere "bad headaches," but they are far more than that. This debilitating condition affects over 1 billion people worldwide, with women being three to four times more likely to experience them than men. Despite the vast number of people affected, migraines remain shrouded in mystery and often fall outside the scope of traditional Western medicine.Enter Diane Ducarme, the Founder and CEO of Nectar Health, a beacon of hope for migraine sufferers. With an impressive background in Engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Diane uses this experience along with Traditional Chinese Medicine, to bring a unique and holistic approach to understanding and managing migraines for women. Diane can also speak 7 languages, one of which is Mandarin. Her 8th language is probably "Migraines"!I had the privilege of chatting with Diane this week and learnt so much including: ⭐ Debunking the common misconception that migraines are simply bad headaches⭐ Exploring the genetic predisposition and associated symptoms of migraines⭐ Delving into the root causes of migraines⭐ The impact of hormonal changes during perimenopause on migraine triggers and management ⭐ Diane’s innovative approach to migraine treatment and management ⭐ Shifting our perspective on migraines⭐ The use of technology to personalize treatment plans for individuals with migraines⭐ The complexity of treating migraines and the challenges faced by migraine sufferers⭐ The limitations of Western medicine in treating women with migraines⭐ Changing the dialogue around migrainesFor more on Diane and My Nectar Health:https://www.mynectarhealth.com/https://www.instagram.com/mynectarhealth/Take the migraine test hereSupport the showTo find out more about Just Breathe, sign up for a FREE TRIAL or to join the Just Breathe community go to: https://www.pollywarren.com/justbreatheTo book a FREE 15 minute discovery call with me go to: https://calendly.com/pollywarrencoaching/15minTo join my FB group go to: https://www.facebook.com/groups/thepositiveperimenopauseclubEmail me at: info@pollywarren.comhttps://www.pollywarren.com/https://www.instagram.com/pollywarrencoaching/
On today’s Thursday's Thoughts, Lucy and I are talking all about boundaries. We discuss why it can be so incredibly hard to set boundaries with the people you love; why it’s ok to say no even when you don’t have an ‘excuse’; how saying yes to something you don’t really want to do is saying no to yourself; and how resentment can build when we fail to put the necessary boundaries in place to protect our own wellbeing. We hope you’ll find something useful in here.Love,Polly & Lucy xSupport the showTo find out more about Just Breathe, sign up for a FREE TRIAL or to join the Just Breathe community go to: https://www.pollywarren.com/justbreatheTo book a FREE 15 minute discovery call with me go to: https://calendly.com/pollywarrencoaching/15minTo join my FB group go to: https://www.facebook.com/groups/thepositiveperimenopauseclubEmail me at: info@pollywarren.comhttps://www.pollywarren.com/https://www.instagram.com/pollywarrencoaching/

Menopause will affect half of the population, though so many of us are unprepared and don’t know what to expect, it’s not just hot flushes! Let's not forget, menopause can indirectly affect the other half of the population too: partners, family, friends and colleagues so how we talk about menopause has to change. And this is why this week's guest, BAFTA winning animator and director of ForMed Films, Emma Lazenby, embarked on a mission to use animation to educate people about the early stages of menopause (perimenopause) and created her new film "Cycle of Change."She did this in collaboration with long-time campaigner for education around menopause, Diane Danzebrink, and Nurse specialist Hazel Hayden. Extensive research, including surveys, workshops, and in-depth interviews with women at various stages of menopause has been condensed into the 5 minute film! I loved this conversation and I think you will too!Tune in to discover:🌼 How Emma's experience in animation lead her to create animated films for health education🌼 Why Emma wanted to make Cycle of change🌼 The importance of telling real-life stories in people's own voices🌼 The key takeaways she learnt during her research for the film🌼 How Emma's own experience of menopause coincided with the making of the film🌼 The unique advantages that animation offers in conveying medical and health-related informationTo watch the film https://cycleofchange.org/ForMed Films https://www.instagram.com/formedfilms/Support the showTo find out more about Just Breathe, sign up for a FREE TRIAL or to join the Just Breathe community go to: https://www.pollywarren.com/justbreatheTo book a FREE 15 minute discovery call with me go to: https://calendly.com/pollywarrencoaching/15minTo join my FB group go to: https://www.facebook.com/groups/thepositiveperimenopauseclubEmail me at: info@pollywarren.comhttps://www.pollywarren.com/https://www.instagram.com/pollywarrencoaching/
