Hi friends! In this episode, I want to share a few things that God is revealing to me, because my guess is, that he's been revealing similar things to a lot of you. During my quiet time this morning, and several other mornings during my quiet time, God has brought about different examples in the Bible of times when the culture was crazy - and people were acting much in the same way that they are now. Although it may seem strange, I find this comforting for a few different reasons:It brings a little bit of order into the chaos because the Bible explains why people are acting the way they are acting. It gives directions to Christians on how to navigate the craziness. The Lord works time and time again during those times of craziness. So, while it seems that the world is spinning out of control and our country is unrecognizable in a lot of ways, it is not out of control or unrecognizable to God. He is not surprised. He is still in control. He is still working. And he is still searching for those of us seeking Him. Listen as we unpack this together by getting in the word and looking at what this means for our businesses! Ready to align your business and your faith? Anyone else love to work in their yard? It's one of my favorite things to do! As we all know, working in the yard also requires time, energy, and dedication. But, I'll tell you where my work is not - it's not in the planting, it's in the pruning. In order for my plants to continue growing and blooming, I have to cut them back regularly, and in the winter, I have to cut them all the way down to protect them.So what does this have to do with your business?Oftentimes, in our businesses and faith, we have to prune (or God prunes for us) first, before the blessing comes. This, my friends, is the hardest. As cheesy as it may sound, we have to prune before the bloom.    Listen as Jenn shares the lessons she's learned from God pruning her own business and how-to "prune out" the things in your life that are bringing you down. Ready to align your content?
