Today I am interviewing a mother and her young adult daughter who experienced emotional abuse by the same man. We explore the hidden signs of abuse and journey along with them both as they share their personal traumas and how it has affected them. On their way to healing from narcissistic abuse, both mom and her daughter have such positive outlooks for their lives. Their stories are informational and inspiring. This is such an important topic because many people feel that it's only the mom, wife, girlfriend who is impacted, while the children are seen in a different light. However, the children are always watching and being influence and affected, even if the abuse doesn't seem to be directly pointed at them.I hope this episode leaves you with things to consider, especially if you have your own children as well as a gentle and kind approach to healing yourself from guilt and possible regret. Remember, we can't heal ourselves if we are judging ourselves...If you find compassion for this mother, try to find that same compassion for yourself. To work with Allison in her 1:1 Coaching Program, schedule a FREE Clarity Callhttps://app.squarespacescheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=25254715To send a DM, visit Allison's profiles on Instagram and Facebookhttps://www.instagram.com/allisonkdagney/https://www.facebook.com/allisonkdagney/To learn more about Rapid Reprogramming for Subconscious Healing visit the websitewww.whentearsleavescars.com

We've all done this...but when we take things personally, we feel bad inside. And you know the goal here is to feel good! So today, I am giving you 3 Easy Steps to Stop Taking Things Personally with lots of other information to help move you from feeling stuck to set free.Whether you've experienced this in the past from a narcissistic relationship or are currently struggling with your emotions related to taking things personally, I want you to know...it is possible to stop. A lot of times we do this because of our programming from childhood and even throughout adulthood. For most people it stems from insecurities and feelings of low self worth. What happens is, we create a pattern in our brain that points the finger back to us, even when it isn't our fault or has nothing to do with us at all!So, listen in today for your 3 Easy Steps to Stop Taking Things Personally so you can show up with confidence and inner peace...and not be negatively affected by what goes on around you.To work with Allison in her 1:1 Coaching Program, schedule a FREE Clarity Callhttps://app.squarespacescheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=25254715To send a DM, visit Allison's profiles on Instagram and Facebookhttps://www.instagram.com/allisonkdagney/https://www.facebook.com/allisonkdagney/To learn more about Rapid Reprogramming for Subconscious Healing visit the websitewww.whentearsleavescars.com

Imagine being 19, meeting who you thought was the love of your life and having it come crashing down in one of the most horrible, controlling and abusive ways. Maggie managed to escape her narcissistic abuser, but it wasn't easy (it never is) and she was so young at the time. Today she is sharing parts of her story with you as well as how she went from rock bottom to inner healing. Abusers come in all shapes and sizes. Abuse knows no gender, no religion, no age, no culture...anyone can be an abuser. So, listen in to learn about the signs Maggie saw and often ignored as she was being Love Bombed (how appropriate this is out on Valentine's Day!) at such a vulnerable "rose colored glasses" stage in her life. And, be inspired by her triumph of digging herself out the deepest darkness she'd ever known.About the book: Escaping the Egyptian Narcissist is a moving tell-all of how a young woman realizes her value and breaks free of the mental prison that the Narcissist creates. If you've been abused by a narcissist, it's not that difficult to understand why you would be afraid to encounter another one. There is a lot of fear about what will happen if you meet someone who has narcissistic personality disorder or high narcissistic traits. We do NOT want that to happen to us ever again. So, naturally, we have a lot more hyper vigilance so we can protect ourselves from this kind of emotional and psychological abuse again. But what most people don't know is that if there isn't a REAL threat...meaning your life is not in danger, often times, the source of your fear is coming from a different place than you expected. So, if you are still worried, have a lot of anxiety and fear about running across another narcissist, stay tuned because I'm going to tell you the real source of the fear and how you can overcome it!To work with Allison in her 1:1 Coaching Program, schedule a FREE Clarity Callhttps://app.squarespacescheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=25254715To send a DM, visit Allison's profiles on Instagram and Facebookhttps://www.instagram.com/allisonkdagney/https://www.facebook.com/allisonkdagney/To learn more about Rapid Reprogramming for Subconscious Healing visit the websitewww.whentearsleavescars.com
