You don't have to wait to have that smaller body to do all those things, you don't have to have the smaller body to be confident. In order to heal your relationship with your body you have to accept the body you have at this moment. To get the body you want, you must accept the body you have now as no amount of weight loss will ever be enough. It's hard I know it is, but how has rejecting your body been serving you so far?
