Cam details the issues at hand in U.S. v. Hemani, which was just granted cert by the Supreme Court, and talks with American Suppressor Association head Knox Williams about another case that could soon reach SCOTUS dealing with NFA taxes and registration requirements on suppressors.
The Department of Justice has once again told a federal court that, even though it believes suppressors are protected by the Second Amendment, the $200 tax and registration requirements imposed by the National Firearms Act are just a "modest burden" that doesn't infringe on our right to keep and bear arms.
Former Army Ranger Barry Todd joins Cam to discuss his book Stand Your Ground, which details his defensive gun use in Arizona in 2014 and the legal nightmare that ensued, as well as tips on how to protect yourself after you've acted in self-defense.
Cam and Armed American Radio host Mark Walters discuss the dust-up between the DOJ and some 2A advocates who've been critical of the agency's position in cases dealing with challenges to the NFA, bans on handgun sales to adults under-21, and federal prohibited persons statutes.
NRA-ILA Director of Litigation Joseph Greenlee joins Cam to discuss the latest in the legal challenges to New Jersey's plethora of "gun-free zones" and prohibitions on so-called assault weapons and large capacity magazines, as well as a recent amicus brief filed by NRA and other 2A groups in support of a non-violent felon's attempt to regain his Second Amendment rights.
Gun Owners Action League's Mike Harris joins Cam to discuss a bill in Massachusetts that would impose an 11% tax on gun and ammo sales... including those that take place outside the state.
Firearms Policy Coalition head Brandon Combs joins Cam to discuss the bizarre judgment in a case Reese v. ATF, where the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals found the ban on handgun sales to adults under 21 violates the Second Amendment, but a district court judge has limited the judicial relief to almost no one.
Armed American Radio's Mark Walters joins Cam to talk about the Trump administration's crime-fighting initiative in Chicago and Illinois Democrats' insistence that the road to public safety runs through (and over) our right to keep and bear arms.
Attorney Alan Beck joins Cam to discuss the Wolford case the Supreme Court has agreed to hear, including the arguments he'll use during oral arguments to strike down Hawaii's "vampire rule" prohibiting concealed carry from all private property unless gun owners are giving explicit permission by property owners.
Cam details a new bill that should make it a little easier for houses of worship to adopt formal security plans involving armed parishioners.
Minnesota Gun Owner Caucus chairman Bryan Strawser rejoins the show to discuss the latest anti-2A demands from Gov. Tim Walz and DFL legislative leaders, including bans on so-called assault weapons and "high capacity" magazines that could be introduced next week.
Armed American Radio's Mark Walters joins Cam to look back at this year's Gun Rights Policy Conference and shares a story highlighting the importance of carrying for self-defense.
Second Amendment advocate Mark Overstreet, the former Senior Research Coordinator of the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action, says President Donald Trump should direct the BATFE to withdraw its 1989 and 1998 interpretations of federal law that allows for bans on many foreign-produced rifles and shotguns in favor of an interpretation that recognizes the Second Amendment's fundamental importance of serving as a check on tyranny.
Armed American Radio's Mark Walters joins Cam to discuss Sen. Chris Murphy's recent admission that a gun control "litmus test" isn't good for Democrats, as well as why Murphy's call for a bigger tent on 2A issues won't play well in Democrat circles.
FASTER Colorado's Laura Carno says a number of school districts across the state are expressing interest in arming staff members after last week's shooting at Evergreen High School, despite local media outlets ignoring the lifesaving work the organization is doing.
A high school principal in Washington is being investigated by his employer for a post claiming Charlie Kirk's assassination could have been prevented with more gun control. Plus, Cam talks with Freedom Chat CEO Tanner Haas about the app and its benefits for those concerned about online privacy.
The Reload's Stephen Gutowski joins Cam to talk about the implications of a Florida court's decision tossing out the state's ban on open carry, where a judge mused that it may be the only form of carrying protected by the Second Amendment.
CRPA Legislative Director Rick Travis joins Cam to talk about the passage of AB 1127 and two other gun control bill adopted in the final hours of this year's legislative session in Sacrament.
Cam shares his thoughts on the assassination of Charlie Kirk and whether America can, as POLITICO put it, "unwind its Gordian knot of political violence."
It's been more than two weeks since the Nevada Department of Public Safety stopped running background checks on gun sales thanks to a cyberattack on its systems, but the National Shooting Sports Foundation's Mark Oliva has some good news for gun buyers and sellers in the Silver State.

Before they go and do that, then they'll have to charge Bic for those who use their pens as weapons, Pencil companies too. Auto makers for those who purposely commit crimes for using automobiles to run down people on sidewalks and streets. Manufacturers who make ties and belts for those that use them for strangling & bonding people for ransom and torture as well, etc, etc etc.

Here's a question for Virginian, if the right has the majority in both houses, can they Ammend the State Constitution to permit a governor to hold/run for TWO OR MORE TERMS? The idea every governor can only be a governor for one term really hurts the state. please reply, thanks, Al C
