Regular listeners will know that there are occasions in the West Park Park Bench Podcast that I have either dogs walking past or people walking past and it just gives me a moment to pause and see if my train of thought is still there on the other side. We're in stories ...the stories that you choose to listen to the stories you choose to attend and the stories you choose to be present at, and the stories you choose to listen to. And I think that's what today has really emerged in my thinking as I was swimming up and down the pool. And as I was heading for the bench, what is today's topic going to be and it's stories. Today's topic is Declined versus Reject. Doing these podcasts over an extended period of time has led me to reflect on how I deal with my own sense of progression. Day to day when things are really good. I find coming and doing these podcasts are fine. I can pick a word that I want to reflect on, and I can wax lyrical about that word. When I get busy. I tend to find that my mind is distracted. And as I only do one of these pieces of constant media, there's a there's a component of it that makes me think that I should be telling people what's going on and sharing what it is that I'm doing, because those things that I'm doing, if people know about them, they can either attend or if they know what I do, or get a sense of what I do that maybe they'll want me to come and do that for them. And that's even better. COVID was quite liberating for me because I was able to be the best that I could be because the skills that I had in a world which meant that I didn't have to go out and put the attention into the physical and the effort of putting myself into a place where I can be sociable, happy, not too loud and annoying. And this is where the gregarious introvert phrase which thank you so much Hallidonto for giving me that phrase ... And that brings me to where I am now. This is episode 32 - Decline vs Reject. Greetings, Social Media and Metaverse Wombles! This is episode 27 of the West Park Park Bench Podcast and yes, I am back sitting on the bench.  "...balance has to be ongoing, and there's also an equilibrium but there's also keeping something in balance. So the balance has weighed, if that makes sense if you're in equilibrium and it's exactly the same either side, you can just touch one side and you can lose equilibrium very fast. Welcome to Episode 25. I am back on the park bench. I spend the whole of the swim, contemplating, what this episode would be, and there's a lot of talk at the moment about ChatGTP and artificial intelligence. And I really wanted to talk about that, however, terribly sorry if you were thinking, Oh, the title hasn't given that bit away. That will be next week or I might make another one but on my way out of the pool, I received a phone call from the East Midlands regional organiser in base of equity.  Equity is going through a period of change right now. This is episode 20 of the West Park Park Bench Podcast. Greetings, Social Media and Metaverse Wombles. Today I hadn't decided as I started recording whether this episode would be Change or Death. Contemplating the two throughout the 29 mins and my situation right now Death or Change as the title won out. Do you all hear the same 'All Change' bell?
