As an author and thought leader, Tom published Money Isn’t Everything, Everything Is Money: A Personalized Approach to Valuing Time, Energy, Relationships, and Money. The book is built on his original Find Your Financial Nature™ tool, which helps people discover how they are hard-wired to interact with money. This framework empowers individuals, families, and business partners to better understand their behaviors, reduce conflict, and make more conscious financial decisions.
REIMAGINE WE BEGINS WITH REIMAGINE ME"It's not just a philosophy, a brand, or even a framework, It represents an evolutionary process towards empowerment."—Anita D. RussellWorldview Formation: The 8:2 Theory of LeadershipWorldview formation refers to the process by which individuals or groups develop a comprehensive set of beliefs, values, and assumptions that shape their understanding and interpretation of the world.Insight: Racism, nationalism, tribalism, and hierarchy are not first political problems. They are identity problems produced by worldview formation. In many historical situations, a relatively small number of people strongly shape the moral direction of a society — for better or worse.Book Quote: “Imagine the possibility of exposing hidden forces that have manipulated civilizations, sparked genocides, and turned brother against brother. Imagine how much better your life could be if you had knowledge powerful enough to fuel culture, unite humanity, and create meaning in people’s lives for generations to come.”  — William MileCentral Question: Why do you use the word imagine? Audience Reflection EthosWho influences your moral thinking the most?Where do you see the “8:2 dynamic” in your own environment? What responsibility do individuals carry when destructive narratives dominate public discourse? When have you personally helped shift the moral climate of a conversation, group, or community? What would change in society if more people consciously chose to defend human dignity in everyday interactions?
DeeDee returns to Weird Real-Life Stories to pick up where we left off—beginning with the extraordinary moment her uncle appeared to her in Spirit after his passing and shared what happens when a Soul crosses over, step by step, based on his own experience. DeeDee reveals how that message shaped the way she understands Spirit communication—especially now, as a gifted Intuitive Spirit Communicator who shut her abilities down for years and is now re-emerging from the “spiritual closet” to share her abilities with those on both sides of the veil. Then the conversation takes a startling turn as DeeDee shares what happened at a large, celebrity-medium event in California—where she saw something the audience couldn’t: hundreds of Spirits gathered behind the medium, separated by what felt like a fence or wall, pleading to be seen and connected with their loved ones. DeeDee describes the heartbreak of witnessing their desperation, the energetic overwhelm in the room, and why she ultimately left and shut down her intuitive gifts for many years. This episode explores discernment, spiritual ethics, and the haunting question: what happens to the Souls—and the people—who don’t get chosen?

Do you ever feel like you see life differently than the people around you? In this fascinating conversation, Doc Martin welcomes Arki Eskarmendi, a longtime teacher with the Monroe Institute, to explore the frontiers of consciousness, healing, and human potential. Drawing from more than 20 years of teaching consciousness exploration, Arki shares how sound technology, meditation, and expanded awareness can help people experience realities beyond the physical world. Together, they discuss the groundbreaking work of Robert A. Monroe, the development of Hemi-Sync sound technology, and how these tools allow individuals to access deeper states of consciousness for healing, insight, and personal transformation. The conversation dives into the nature of belief, the power of perception, the possibility of consciousness existing beyond the brain, and how shifting awareness can help us heal emotional wounds, release generational patterns, and connect with a larger understanding of life and death. Arki Eskarmendi is a trainer and facilitator with the Monroe Institute, where he has spent more than two decades teaching programs focused on consciousness exploration, meditation, and expanded awareness.
This episode explores how many of us have fallen into unconscious patterns of living, going through the motions without truly engaging with our choices, relationships, and daily experiences. Hema and I will dive into the subtle ways we slip into "default mode" and why the rapidly changing world demands that we become more intentional and present in how we navigate our lives. You'll discover practical strategies for breaking free from autopilot thinking and creating a more conscious, purposeful way of being that aligns with who you truly want to become.

Let’s focus on getting your energy back! In this episode in our series, during the month of March, I sense a level of stress that infiltrates every part of our society from family, career, financial stability, energy, climate change and even our government.  It feels as though there is not a segment of our day that is not impacted.  This leaves many parents feeling stressed and exhausted.  This creates a lot of stress and exhaustion for our kids as well.  Our role as parents is one of the most sacred ones we have in this lifetime.  We do not have control over the events of our daily life or our world, but we do have control over our response.  What resources are available to us during this time to help us to stay grounded and at peace? When life gets hard and events are creating a lot of chaos in our world and our everyday lives, it can feel hard to stay grounded and at peace, so we don’t get mired in exhaustion.  There are resources and practices available to help keep us stable and secure and most importantly for our family life and our children.  It often requires that we practice a certain mindset to prevent burnout.  Join us for our next Episode of Intentional Wellness™ Parenting so that you may live and continue to believe in a life of happiness, joy and fun!
Do You Think You are Live-Interview-Worthy for the Job of Your Life? Inside the Mind of the Executive Hiring Team!  Getting to the live interview has gotten more challenging for many Manager and Executive applicants. The stack of filters is also higher for managers and executives than individual contributors. But individual professional contributors still have to jump through some hoops to make it to the interview plateau as well.
Parenting is one of the most challenging roles we will ever step into—especially when, alongside caring for our children, we are navigating unhealed experiences from our own past. These unresolved patterns can show up as triggers, emotional reactions, inner criticism, and behaviour that doesn't always align with the kind of parent we long to be. Together, Sue and Libby discuss how becoming conscious of these patterns—and learning to meet ourselves with compassion, self-care and emotional awareness—can profoundly shape not only our parenting journey, but our child’s emotional wellbeing too. This conversation explores: How childhood conditioning influences the way we parent Why emotional regulation and self-love are foundational parenting skills The connection between nourishment, nervous system health, and mental wellbeing How healing before baby is one of the greatest gifts we can offer our future child If you’re preparing for parenthood, already parenting, or simply curious about breaking cycles and raising confident, resilient, emotionally secure children—this episode offers gentle insights and grounded guidance to support you on that journey.
Most people on a spiritual path carry an unspoken question: why does something still feel off, even after all the work? This episode explores one of the most common and least-named experiences in spiritual awakening — the disconnection from the body. Host Shakti Bottazzi teaches that from childhood, many of us developed survival strategies — people-pleasing, numbing, perfectionism, hyper-achievement — that required us to override the body's signals. Doing this is an intelligent adaptation born from a need to feel safe and loved. The body retains memories long after the original wound has passed. In this episode, Shakti introduces the concept of the body as a living library, a field of electromagnetic memory, emotion, and sensation that holds what the mind has tried to forget. This is an episode about recognition, not prescription. About naming what is happening so you can begin to find your way back home.
