Hosts Cle and Werner interview assistant professor of management marketing and business law, Meichen Dong, to discuss her background in teaching, what she loves most about being a professor, her time at Lamar University and more! Dong received her Ph.D. degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington, and holds a M.S degree. in Marketing Research from Hofstra University, and a M.S. degree in Marketing from the Grande Ecole Programme at NEOMA Business School. Her research focuses on examining consumer behaviors in digital world specifically on consumer’s information utilization and sharing in the digital environment. She also interested in investigating and understanding consumer’s time and money psychology. In addition to the interests in marketing research, she has a great passion in conducting interdisciplinary research, especially with the Information System area. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling with her family and exploring the beauty of different cultures.
